With forgiveness of everything, being compassionate comes more naturally — ability to observe everything with no attachment to outcome, and also to hold the highest vision, for self or another — and then from that place, gratitude for self or another, flows.
With forgiveness and compassion, it’s easier to be gratitude for all the lessons, especially those lessons from our toughest teachers.
With lack of forgiveness of self or others it’s difficult to maintain consistent compassion and gratitude in daily life.
Going within, finding everything to forgive, is a practise.
Doing this we can see the patterns of experiences
that repeat because of lack of forgiveness.
Haven’t fully forgiven mother or father, stepmother or stepfather, or someone else for something?
“Mother” or “Father” will show up until we understand that forgiving the original incident, stops “them” from metaphorically appearing in the without, along with the drama.
Seeing the images from the past, feeling the hatred, the judgement, the anxiety, the control, the guilt, the old entrenched beliefs and allowing our sorrow, shame, anger, rage, fear to pass through us is why we are here.
Mastering our thoughts and feelings by bringing those thoughts and feelings that are out of alignment to Divine Right Alignment is to awaken to heart consciousness.
