Toward a World that Works for Everyone
www.voiceoffreedom.ca This morning, as I was sitting still, I asked Archangel Michael, “Today, Michael, what is the expression of my Infinite potential?” It’s an exercise that AAM has asked us to do daily, then to do what he asks us to do, even if it feels outrageous or too benignly simple. Each task leads us […]
(email) It is common for life’s most hurtful and aggressive reactions to stem from some form of disappointment. When we’re disappointed, a condition of expectation leads us to resent another person for not measuring up to an imagined standard we need the other to hold in order to feel whole. While it can seem as […]
Kristen Bell: This Is What a Feminist ‘Good Place’ Looks Like “I think a feminist ‘Good Place’ looks like a place with equality.” James Hitchings-Hales, Global Citizen, August 19, 2020 https://www.globalcitizen.org/en/content/kristen-bell-the-good-place-feminist-wphf/ All the evidence suggests that when women are involved in conflict resolution, peace deals last longer. But women are still excluded from the process. […]
www.voiceoffreedom.ca In 2012, Sanat Kumara, our Universal Logos and Keeper of Universal Law, mentioned “rainbow currency” to me in a personal reading with Linda Dillon, channel for the Council of Love. Back then, I assumed that SK was speaking literally — that “rainbow currency” was money. In my study of how things work in the […]
(email) In a lifetime where you were conditioned to shut down, fit in, and find some shred of ‘normalcy’ in embodying the smallest version of you, the visceral feeling of expanding out of the smallest self and returning home to your natural state as the true infinite self is precisely what the grace of despair […]
www.voiceoffreedom.ca An NPR article I posted about the explosion that tore through Beirut’s port area on Tuesday, August 4th, stated that: “Ammonium nitrate is the same raw material Timothy McVeigh used to bomb the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City in 1995. In that deadly attack, 2 tons of the fertilizer were used. […]
(Originally published JULY 21, 2018) John Pavlovitz, https://tinyurl.com/y5tc85rq It’s exhausting to give a damn isn’t it? To be a person of compassion in a time when compassion is in such great demand? To wake up every day in days like these, and push back against predatory politicians and toxic systems and human rights atrocities and […]
By Stephanie O’Neill, NPR, July 30, 2020 https://www.npr.org/2020/07/28/896245305/why-forgiving-someone-else-is-really-about-you Forgiveness has a P.R. problem. Think about all those useless idioms used to describe it. Stuff like: ‘forgive and forget,’ ‘turn a blind eye,’ ‘let bygones be bygones.’ With that kind of cheesy advice, no wonder so many people travel through life dragging a steamer trunk full […]
Editor’s note: This story was reported and photographed in January, before the global pandemic. The text has been updated to reflect the activities of the nuns aimed at COVID-19 prevention. By Windsor Johnson, July 5th, 2020, Goats and Soda https://www.npr.org/sections/goatsandsoda/2020/07/05/886043783/the-kung-fu-nuns-of-kathmandu Jigme Yeshe Lhamo squats in a powerful kung fu stance. (email) The process of raising your vibration marks an empowering series of milestones along your soul’s journey when held from a space of loving-kindness, humility, groundedness, and authenticity. When employed outside of these parameters, such techniques do not seem to work because they are ways in which people attempt to bypass uncomfortable feelings as if […]
www.voiceoffreedom.ca My principal guide in January 2012 said to me in a reading, with Linda Dillon, channel for the Council of Love: “Viruses are simply ideas that get transmitted.” At the time I had no idea what she was talking about. Now it makes sense. Recently I’ve had two emails telling me to stop making […]
www.voiceoffreedom.ca The Universal Law of Attachment and Detachment asks us to observe, by consciously breathing into and blessing everything — including sorrow, shame, and fear with feeling — attaching to the truth, the expression of our heart’s desire, and the highest vision for All. When we can do that, there is natural detachment from old […]
www.voiceoffreedom.ca With great thanks to Dana for transcribing the Skype call that led to this post. Balance within can be created from forgiveness and gratitude; both energies. Forgiveness is blue and can be felt as the Mother Energy, a blue sky to deep ocean waves, Her Movement of Love and Peace. Gratitude is golden, that […]
www.voiceoffreedom.ca In my daily life, as a reader at the Centre I work from, and online, often I mention a way to peace within that I discovered with heart listening and contemplation of Albert Einstein’s explanation of the patterning of the Universe. Albert said, “All of the Universe is patterned on the Mother, the Father, […]
www.voiceoffreedom.ca Joyfully repeating “I Am” mantras are a quick way to balance our selves, to uncover what is not of love, for the old to emerge for completion. Consistently saying “I Am Love” and “I Am Worth” and then allowing, with awareness, what comes up to be forgiven — “I Am Forgiveness” — is a […]
