I’ve said numerous times that what are problems in this 3rd/4th Dimension are simply logistical situations when viewed from a higher dimension.
A major realization – as opposed to a mere “Aha!” – occurs for me when (A) bliss arises and elevates me to a higher level of seeing and being and (B) I have a problem or question in mind, which is resolved by seeing it from the higher, love-soaked vantage point.
If we’re interested in the purpose of life – that is, enlightenment – (1) the question then becomes what is it that that transformative love displaces, and displaces so conclusively – washes it away. Disperses it – that prevents our enlightenment?
It’s our memories of everything we didn’t like, don’t like, and probably won’t like in the future – resentments, regrets, rejections, etc.
It’s also our desire for everything we did like, do like, and probably will like in the future – desires for more, desires for better, desires for different, etc. These also are displaced, leaving only love.
The Buddha called these barriers to beingness, “craving and aversion.” In my view, they’re like chains around our neck, holding us to the 3rd/4th Dimension.
***
Let’s put all of them in a plastic bubble, small enough to carry around with us, like a cellphone. And every time we have a decision to make, we ask our plastic bubble how we should react. Well, we don’t do it as mechanically as that sounds. We do it at lightning speed.
Here we go, wanting something. Our fulfilment GPS in our bubble brings up our recommended mask, act, lines, procedures, and closings. And away we go … errr … act.
And when we reject something, we blanket it with what the Greeks called lethe and what I call lethargy. (2) Imagine something foaming up to fill the room. The great forgettery. … Say what?
That plastic bubble that we consult also has an accompanying hard drive. The bubble has a limited capacity. And it’s really just for here-and-now actions.
You can call it “the everyday self” if you like. It’s not inconsequential. After all, it remains after all bodies are gone. I imagine it only has a fraction of its attention on the “everyday.”
The extra is stored on the wireless hard drive, which is metaphorical for the deeper layers of mind. For instance, all the procedures to be followed in the event of a certain situation arising, the principles to be invoked, the self-serving interests to hide, a history of successful and failed interventions – all of it is on the hard drive.
I’m being metaphorical, providing a distinction or a way of seeing things for you to try on, test out, and accept or discard as you feel best.
***
I’m not being metaphorical about all elements of this subject.
I actually have experienced the being below all likes and dislikes, cravings, aversions, and other things that distract us on our journey home to God.
On Sept. 18, 2018, I stood in the sight of the Self. That sight was truncated, toned down, moderated. It was, the Mother said, because, if it wasn’t, I’d be off to finish the job, leaving my soul contract to flap in the wind … and good luck, everybody! (2)
BUT what wasn’t truncated or toned down were the divine qualities I felt in the presence of the Self. I felt innocent and pure. Can you imagine how freeing that is? I remember that space to this day.
So it is that innocent and pure being that I have saddled with this bubble and hard drive of craving and aversion for time out of mind.

And how could this have happened? Enter the Buddha’s third poison: Ignorance.
I was ignorant. I don’t mean to say that with an ounce of insincerity or escapist intention. I say that as in “not a clue.” Clueless. Not an iota of knowledge to take exception to or dismiss even.
Craving, aversion, and ignorance – The Buddha’s three poisons, keeping us from travelling expeditiously to the other side of the river of life (i.e., ascending).
I don’t think we have to give them up completely and forever. To do so, completely, for a single moment, might suffice.

(2) Steve: The experience at Xenia, Mother, was that truncated?
Divine Mother: Slightly, yes.
Steve: I had the thought [it was]. … The Light I saw should have been brighter than a thousand suns. The fact that it wasn’t suggests to me that the experience was truncated. …
DM: It was not is brilliant as possible, let us put it that way.
Steve: Alright… And again, the reason is to keep me in sync with my readers?
DM: To keep you in sync with your readers. But let me be very clear…. If you had seen the light as it actually is – yes, a million, billion suns – you would have simply departed. … We don’t mean die but you would have departed the life that you have designed – yes, with us – for yourself, for the service you are providing – you would have departed and simply said, ‘I do not need to do this. I will just simply sit in the bliss of love and good luck, everybody!’” (Divine Mother in a personal reading with Steve Beckow through Linda Dillon, Oct. 26, 2018.)
