White Hats over the holidays delivered Christmas gloom to three Justice Department lawyers who had helped the late special council Jack Smith politically persecute and prosecute President Donald J. Trump on spurious charges, a JAG source told Real Raw News.
As reported previously, JAG executed Smith in early November following a military tribunal at which a panel of hardened jurors found him guilty of treason and other high crimes. Our source said JAG had thoroughly investigated Smith’s staff and identified eight persons—clerical staff, paralegals, and lawyers—who, like Smith, had an irrational hatred of President Trump and had dedicated their professional lives to his downfall despite having absolutely no inculpative evidence against him.
According to a criminal affidavit reviewed by RRN, JAG had wiretapped Smith’s staffers’ homes and offices in July 2023, a month after a grand jury of Deep State sympathizers indicted Trump on baseless charges related to the handling of classified documents. Within days of the indictment, Smith began filling his office with employees whose visceral acrimony toward Trump ought to have precluded them, and Smith, from prosecutorial duties.
On August 3, 2023, JAG agents surreptitiously planted audio and visual recording devices in the home and office of David Harbach, a member of Smith’s legal team and former partner at O’Melveny & Myers law firm. When JAG retrieved the devices a week later, they found sufficient and substantive evidence to indict Harbach and two co-workers, Julie Edelstein and David Rody, on charges of treason, conspiracy to defraud the United States, election interference, and seditious conspiracy.
Video footage, timestamped August 11, 2023, from a miniature camera JAG had concealed in Harbach’s office bookshelf shows the trio huddled around a mahogany desk and discussing their joint hatred of Trump, his family, his friends, and his businesses. At one point in the clip, Harbach is heard saying, “We’ll fuck this guy [Trump] in every orifice. It doesn’t matter if he, as president, had the power to declassify documents at will. What matters is that we’ll say he didn’t, and the media will corroborate that. Trump’s federally fucked.”
Edelstein chimed in: “His family’s a threat. We must put them in prison too or at least be sure they can never run for public office.”
Rody added, “Jack knows what he’s doing. He gives the directions; we follow them. When this is said and done—I’m looking forward to my nest egg.”
Our source said that a fragment of the conversation was incontrovertible proof that Smith and his staffers conspired to illegally prevent Trump from running for office in 2024.
Additional evidence of a criminal conspiracy was found on an audio recording device JAG had hidden in a seat cushion in Edelstein’s car. On September 3, 2023, Edelstein and fellow staffer John Pellettieri were carpooling to work when the latter blurted, “Did he [Trump] really do anything wrong? The documents—he was president, had the power to declassify, and didn’t tell anyone to riot on the Capitol. Are we doing this for justice or for Biden?”
“I’d keep my mouth shut unless your goal is to end up in prison like Trump will be, or worse, disappear somewhere in a lake,” the fiendish Edelstein replied.

The people of San Francisco have ousted former Mayor London Breed and elected a supposedly more centrist Democrat named Daniel Lurie.
Lurie is promising to clean up the streets and address the city’s massive homeless problem. Will he actually get this done and change the city for the better? One can only hope.
In recent years, countless companies have fled the city over these issues as well as the ongoing crime problem.

San Francisco Mayor-elect Daniel Lurie promised a worried resident that he would clean up the streets ahead of his tenure, after a mayoral election centered around the city’s homelessness, crime and drug overdose problems.
“Clean up the streets and the homeless, please,” a woman told Lurie during a walking tour of the city, according to the Wall Street Journal. Lurie responded, “We’re going to.”
Lurie, a first-time candidate, Levi Strauss heir and founder of an anti-poverty nonprofit, said on the campaign trail that “it is time to end the perception that lawlessness is an acceptable part of life in San Francisco.” Lurie beat incumbent Mayor London Breed in November.
“We are the greatest city in the world when we are at our best,” Lurie said on the walk, according to the WSJ. “If I had to place my bet on a city that is going to come back stronger and better than ever, it is our city.”…

Lurie plans to declare a state of emergency over the fentanyl crisis, replenish San Francisco’s police force, and get his employees at City Hall to return to in-person work full-time, according to the WSJ.

A 59-year-old commercial airline pilot dropped dead in the cockpit this week while navigating a Turkish Airlines flight from Seattle to Istanbul.
The incident occurred on October 7 when Captain ?lçehin Pehlivan suffered a medical emergency mid-flight. On board crew tried to administer first aid but were unsuccessful as Pehlivan was pronounced dead before the flight could make its unscheduled emergency landing at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City around 6 a.m. the following day.
After Pehlivan collapsed suddenly during the flight, the flight crew quickly diverted the Airbus 350 craft to the nearest available and suitable airport so he could receive treatment. Pehlivan passed before that could happen, but at least the flight landed safely, allowing passengers to get rerouted on another flight to Turkey.
“?lçehin Pehlivan, the captain of our Airbus 350 aircraft with TC-LGR tail registration, which was operating the flight number TK204 between Seattle and Istanbul, fainted during the flight,” reported Turkish Airlines spokesman Yahya Üstün in an X / Twitter post.
“After the first medical evaluation to our captain on board was inconclusive, the cockpit crew … decided to make an emergency landing, but our captain died before landing.”
A pilot with Turkish Airlines since 2007, Pehlivan had previously passed a medical examination with flying colors. For him to drop dead like this unexpectedly came as a shock, as least to those who are unfamiliar with the massive and growing death toll from Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “vaccines.”

Former Florida House District 23 progressive Rep. Richard Rowe Jr. is the type who uploaded photos of his COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card from the CDC on social media. He also wished death on people who refused the injections, calling them the derogatory term “anti-vaxxers” while going on a profanity-laced Facebook tirade.
“Let me be real clear … I do not give a **** what happens to anti-vaxxers. I don’t,” Rowe hatefully wrote in a Facebook post during the “pandemic.”
“Let Darwin do his work. They helped to kill 700,000 Americans. I do not have the pity or tears to spare for any of them. It’s all dried up now. Sorry. At this point, I’m just hoping they feel 1/10th of the pain theyve [sic] caused everyone. The kids will be fine. THEY’RE going to suffer. And I ******* well think they’ve earned it.”
When he posted his signed “vaccination” card from the CDC, also to Facebook, Rowe admitted that he views his obedience to the medical police state as morally superior to the “anti-vaxxers” who protected their immune systems from Big Pharma’s experimental poisons.
“Yeah, I’m mostly here for personal ego,” Rowe narcissistically wrote. “Already had COVID last year, so not worried about catching it. But I want to maintain my smug sense of moral and intellectual superiority while making fun of Darwin’d [sic] anti-vaxxers. It’s actually pretty noble, really.”
