A lot of people are feeling it right now.
The exhaustion… the vivid dreams… the emotional waves that seem to come out of nowhere… the sense that something deep inside is being rearranged.
It can feel confusing when your mind wants to keep moving, but your body is asking you to slow down.
What I’ve come to realize is that our bodies are incredibly intelligent. They know when it’s time to release what we’ve been carrying for far too long… old emotional patterns, outdated beliefs, and survival responses that once protected us but no longer serve us.
That kind of inner work isn’t just spiritual… it’s physical.
Sometimes it feels like your whole system is running a deep reset. You may need more sleep. More quiet. More time in nature. More space to simply breathe.
If that’s where you are right now, honor it.
Rest is not laziness. Meditation is not escapism. Slowing down is not falling behind.
It’s part of the process.
Be gentle with yourself. Drink more water. Put your feet on the earth. Breathe deeply. Trust that your body knows exactly what it’s doing.
We are shedding what no longer fits and making room for something far more aligned.
And while the climb can feel intense, I truly believe what lies ahead is worth every step.
One day we may look back on this season and smile, realizing that what felt like uncertainty was actually the beginning of something extraordinary.
