As Above So Below, the third Universal Law of the 13 Laws that the Council of Love has laid out for us at this time, interconnects with our third chakra, the “renewed” Third Dimension and the blessing and virtue of fortitude explained to us by Yeshua, encompassing bringing Heaven to Earth — Nova Earth and our Ascension.
Our third chakra is bright orange — Florida oranges, summer marigolds, an orange sunset, a harvest moon. It is our center of creativity and where we hold the balance of above and below, within and without along with fortitude, as we bring forth and create the New, for Gaia.

The Council of Love defines fortitude in this way:
“Courage in all forms, endurance, the ability to keep going forward when others cease and give up. The virtue of pathfinders.
“Strength of purpose. Stamina in all senses. Know that patience is a part of fortitude. Fortitude is the encompassing of forbearance and forbearance is indeed a quality that requires patience and forward movement with stamina.
“Fortitude is strength of character and purpose and it is the knowing in every fibre and core of your Being, not that you are right but that you go forward no matter what.” (1)
On Heavenly Blessings (2), March 2013, Yeshua said fortitude, in the free choice experience of physicality in the Third Dimension, takes incredible courage, patience, perseverance. He told us the very act of stepping forward in fortitude helps dissolve any fear we may have.
Gaia’s Third Dimensional reality, with its unique quality of freedom of choice is described by Albert Einstein below. He says we can draw upon the growth lessons of all the dimensions and expand beyond the mere perception of physicality – our Ascension – above and below, as Yeshua did in his lifetime.
Tied in with the Third Dimension and fortitude is the Universal Law of Above and Below, Within and Without. This law reminds us of the balance. What we carry within — the magnificence of our talents — we brought with us this lifetime for the without, to help bring forward a higher dimensional way for Gaia — Nova Earth — a world that works for everyone.
First Sanat Kumara has this to say about the Universal Law:
“I am Sanat Kumara, Keeper of the Golden Flame and Keeper of The Law. I come to speak with you of the Universal Law of Balance and the Law Within and Without. You are all familiar with the Law of Above and Below; as above, so below but it is also as within so without.
“I come to remind you of this. My friends, it is not a matter of deciding who you are, for you have been the essence of who you are forever, and it has been entrenched and etched throughout the heavens and Earth, and throughout the stars of many galaxies for a very long time. Understand this.
“What does this have to do with within and without? What we are speaking of this day is the decision that you have made and are making during this time with this Council to step forward and to accept the mantle and the joy of responsibility and the fullness of your mission on Gaia.
“You are the teachers and the messengers, the healers, the pathfinders. You would not be here had you not decided to do this. Yes, even kicking and screaming, and there are many who stayed away, which is also as it needs to be.
“When I speak of balance, you do not wish to carry this energy of your brilliance simply within thee. It has need for outward expression, for expression outwardly, in the without. It is the way of balance and it is the way of wholeness.” (3)
To help us understand the within and without of the Third Dimension, Albert Einstein speaks to the challenges and the opportunities to reach beyond the physical, how we can creatively draw upon and embody all the dimensions in the third with help from the incorporation of our aspects:
“The Third Dimension as you are aware is defined by the quality of the perception or experience of physicality – meaning the universe is perceived through the experience of length, width, depth, but the growth quality is the ability to embrace all dimensions, realities, emotion and spirit.
“It also has the unique quality of freedom of choice.
“All of the numerically higher dimensions have the opportunity to exhibit in the third. The growth opportunity and quality of the third, is the ability to choose to expand beyond the mere perception of physicality and incorporate all aspects of self. This is what the Universal Mother talks about when She is discussing incorporating all aspects of self.
“The Third Dimension is not limited by the time-space continuum. It merely appears to be. That is the challenge and the opportunity in the third to reach beyond physical appearances.” (1)
As Yeshua helps guide us through our Ascension, he reminds us fortitude is balance and kindness, being in the flow, not being too serious, and to recognize when we feel the need to be right.
The need to be right is not fortitude but Love, endurance and consideration are. Yeshua reminds us we are here to shift 7 billion and that’s the hearts, minds and actions of every being into alignment with Universal Law and the blessings and virtues:
“And that begins with the hearts and minds and actions of every Being. This is enormously ambitious – seven billion people. You are far more brave than I.
“So I speak of this because Fortitude is about staying the path, it is about endurance even when those around you nay-say. It is about putting your head down and then having it fully erect and saying, ‘No, I know where I am going and I know my mission and purpose. I know my Star brothers and sisters are here, I know our governments, our institutions, our economic systems will change and I am doing it. I’m not merely supporting it at a distance.’
“Fortitude is very action oriented so I want you to know I do not admire you and honor you from afar. This is a difficult transition. Joyous? Yes. Worth it? Beyond what you know. But we would not pretend that it is easy. I support you my friends, my brothers, my sisters, my family.”
To end, Yeshua shares a modern parable about anchoring Love on Earth — our Ascension — with valor and fortitude, creatively embodying the Universal Law, As Above So Below to bring forth Nova Earth:
“I will share a very modern parable and it is the story of a young man in your time who had incredible dreams of hope, of faith, an ally not only of mine but of St Germaine’s who had a vision for this country called the United States of America.
“And this young lion-tamer did not grow up in favoured circumstances, no not in dire poverty at all, but certainly in situations that were less than favourable.
“But what happened to this one, he held the dream, and he held the reality that his mission and purpose was more important than any and that he could make a difference in bringing the Light and the Love to the planet.
“And he endured and he practiced fortitude and he did so in my name, and he is victorious in my name. It may not appear victorious because there are times of conflict, of need, of disagreement.
“Each of you are that man, each of you is the lion-tamer, each of you are stepping into the arena of Nova Earth and doing your best to create what you know is based on truth and Love and hope.
“You are the heroes of the parables, you are the embodiment of that Fortitude, you are that Being that says, ‘I will not give up and no matter how many nay-sayers there are, how many falsehoods are perpetrated, how many back room machinations take place, I will bring forth the new world.’
“So this is the modern parable and it is no different. Each of you has the ability to create and to change the planet, not just the dimension, that is almost incidental.
“Your Ascension is the fullness of your heart, your Ascension is the anchoring of Love on Earth, that is what the Shift is, that is why Fortitude is so necessary because to allow things to continue in the old way is easy, but to change the world requires valour, stamina, and determination and you have this, my brothers and sisters, you have always had this.”
