An alternate version of what happened September 10 is emerging.
From the little I’ve watched, Candace Owens’ latest video is a bombshell.
And I am just one person who hasn’t a research staff to fact-check and research my subjects. Or watch all the videos I’d like to.
So I’m going to make mistakes in an effort to get the news out to you.
What has me get this up right away, before I’ve even finished watching it, is overhearing Candace’s guest, Michael Savage, who knows guns. He pointed out the difficulty of disassembling and re-assembling a Mauser.
(A) The “shooter” brought the Mauser in disassembled. He pointed out that no experienced shooter or sniper would use a disassembled gun. It would risk putting off the accuracy.
(B) We already know the shooter had no rifle when he jumped down. At what point did he “lose” it?
(C) Yet the rifle was found in the woods. Who put it there?
D) And with the barrel reassembled. Who would have time to reassemble it when fleeing capture?
(E) Who would want to reassemble it?
Having watched portions of it, and taking into account the possibilities she outlines, any way you look at it, in my view, we are at war. And actors, motives, and actions are not, it turns out, totally clear.
And, like all societies at war, we’re slow to take precautions. Our leaders (or their clones) walk around virtually in the open. We allow the folks paying for and mounting the war to speak uncensored and advocate violence. We stand to pay for it in assassinated leaders.
The second thing that has me get it out now is a charge that Candace makes that I don’t even want to discuss until I’ve listened carefully to what she says. If she’s right, there’ll need to be total transparency very soon.
Obviously this post will change over the day. And I may put off all other matters until I’ve finished with it, if you’ll excuse me. Otherwise my attention will go all over the place.

My life is changing. I’m moving onto a “war footing.” What that looks like is that I may be “rethinking” my participatio0n in the blog (not the participation of other editors) in light of the seriousness of what has just happened and our predictable pre-war failure to protect our leaders. I may need to concentrate on political and military events more than I am; maybe not.
Maybe I can achieve that by issuing more updates. This is primarily a spiritual blog and this is certainly new ground for me.
