WHEN DOUBT VANISHES IN THE LIGHT OF THE HEART
Transmitted by Yvan Poirier
Greetings, dear brothers and sisters in eternity,
In the tumult of choices that mark our lives, doubt sometimes emerges like a shadow, halting our steps at the threshold of decisions that could reshape our destiny. It whispers questions, sows uncertainties, and invites us to explore the depths of our being.
A Dance Between Shadow and Light
Doubt often arises where the reptilian brain, that ancient guardian, weaves dissonance into our thoughts. It clouds the intellect, plunging it into a troubling duality, torn between what seems reasonable and what escapes logic. It is a part of us that, trapped in confinement, struggles to see beyond the veil—where the intelligence of the Vibrant Heart reveals truth effortlessly.
The intellect, with its fragmented analyses, stumbles upon a lack of trust. It leans on the known, on echoes of the past, to judge the unknown of the present. Thus, doubt becomes a mirror of our ignorance, a call to transcend the limits of polarized thinking—that oscillation between positive and negative that locks us in an inner dilemma.
The Weight of Dissonance
Faced with a situation requiring a choice, doubt can emerge as a premonition, a veiled intuition, difficult to grasp. It differs from soothing certainty or vague uncertainty, for it carries within it a quest for discernment. But when the inner Light awakens, a spontaneous Evidence bursts forth, so tangible that it resonates in our consciousness and our body. This clarity dissolves doubt, for it cannot be denied—it is lived, embodied, irrefutable.
Yet why do we still doubt? Cognitive dissonances weigh us down, stirring fear of error or the feeling of not being enough. They paralyze us, making us dread the repercussions of our steps, whether visible or hidden. Doubt often comes with fear and insecurity, amplified by fragile beliefs or illusory concepts, troubling our emotions and clouding our judgment.
A Barrier to Inner Freedom
Doubt can distance us from ourselves, preventing us from recognizing who we are beyond the ego. It feeds a lack of faith in our own abilities, pushing us to seek answers in the past or in external voices rather than in the serene trust of the moment. Thus, it sometimes leaves us feeling small, far from the power that lies dormant within us.
This fear, lurking in the root chakra at the base of the perineum, manifests in the body. It settles in the third brain, in the lower abdomen, and sows discomfort—muscle tension, digestive issues, nervous stiffness. It can even, in its momentum, trigger deeper imbalances: hypoglycemia, intestinal blockages, or a fatigue that slips into exhaustion. The anxiety and stress it generates blur our clarity, distancing us from the just decisions that set us free.
Toward Dissolution in the Light
But here is a radiant truth: doubt fades when we dare to plunge into the Evidence of the Light within us. This presence, born of the Vibrant Heart, does not judge, does not divide. It illuminates shadows, dissolves resistance, and guides us toward a gentle certainty, effortless and unclaiming.
Observe this fear trembling within you. Feel it in your body, let it express itself, then let it vanish in a breath. Release the chains of the past, the fears of the future, and anchor yourself in the moment. For it is there, in the simplicity of being, that doubt loses its grip, replaced by an infinite trust in life and in yourselves.
With all my unspeakable love.
