In a recent reading I was giving, the man sitting opposite me muttered something about being, “told what to do.”
When he said this my body sat upright in the chair, realizing that on my drive that morning, I had heard the same thing.
He went on to say that as a child he and his sister knew: “to do as they were told” that there was little room for how they felt.
As he went on he explained how, for a few years, he taught carpentry to prisoners. It was fascinating to hear about the prison where he worked, Kwìkwèxwelhp Healing Village.
He told of a healing river pond and an invitation for a winter swim in ceremony with Indigenous Medicine Wheel teachings, how every prisoner had their own drum they’d made themselves, how they lived in dorms not individual cells, that the men were still “told what to do” but not to the extent of a Max Prison.
This “being told what to do” is within our family structures and over millennia has filtered into our many institutions from church to school, military to prison.
In church we are led to believe that access to God is through a priest rather than through our own hearts, to our guides, to our higher selves to the Divine Mother/Father One.
Our common sense is waylaid, not only in the media, but by most of our main institutions.
Pandemic mandates strongly encourage us “to do as we are told” hearkening back to our role millions and millions of years ago as gold miners for beings off-planet.
Archangel Michael, in my first reading with him (1), explained the difference between being a servant and being in service to the Divine Mother:
Our service to the Divine Mother is with our free will — that that is never interfered with — we always have free will.
We are not a prison planet any more.
Time to bring those really deep feelings of being imprisoned to the surface, to be let go in gratitude for the great wisdom we have learned, in forgiveness of everything — it’s been an incredible journey! — with compassion/LOVE for all of us.
We are here to be in Joy! in gratitude for our sacred purpose to create a planet that works for everyone with hope, peace and Love.
I invoke Sanat Kumara
and the Universal Law of Transmutation
for the transmutation of “being told what to do”
within, therefore without.
