Dear Kathleen,
Let’s take a bird’s eye view of our world, shall we?⠀
When looking at western culture from a higher perspective, It’s clear to see that we are on the verge of an old system dying, and a new system that is in the process of being reborn.
We are all a part of the rebirth.
It’s an inward (inner-work) to outward (outer-work) manifestation.
It begins within us and then shapes our behaviors, desires, and actions. We rebirth a new world through unlearning patriarchal, colonialist ideas and returning to nature, the Great Mother, for inspiration on how to live harmoniously with ourselves, each other, and nature. ⠀
When we return to alignment with nature, we return to alignment with ourselves and we “unplug” from the illusions of the old system and remember a healthy way of being.
While it is important to rethink hierarchal structures in our world, it’s not as simple as doing away with hierarchy altogether.
Life isn’t as simple as a completely flat structure with no leaders either.
Hierarchy (in a way) is found in nature and is needed to a degree, but it’s different than we interpret it to mean because everything in nature is also cyclical. Circles are found everywhere in nature and everything is connected.⠀
Even though some animals rank “higher” on the food chain, it doesn’t mean that the animals and plants that live “below” are less valuable or important to the whole. We need to reframe the way we look at the social ranking, business, and the way we structure our societies.
That’s why we LOVE women’s circles.
In a woman’s circle, we move from the paradigm of “Power Over” (which leads to dominance, greed, oppression, desperation, and manipulation) to the “Power With” paradigm.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The “Power With” paradigm is all about consent, integrity, collaboration, and respect.
In a circle, we heal from the belief that one person is better or less than another. We move away from hierarchal structures and create cultures of consent and creative collaboration.
At Global Sisterhood we are obsessed with rethinking
how to approach leadership in our world today.
NEW PARADIGM FEMININE LEADERSHIP is so needed, but what exactly does that look like?
It’s hard to know exactly because it hasn’t been modeled on a large scale.
Learning to lead the feminine way is an adventure we can all be one together as we unlearn overthinking with our minds and learn to let our hearts guide the way.
Here at Global Sisterhood we are bowing our heads to our hearts and listening deeply so that we can all rise as new paradigm leaders shaping our more loving, just, mystically connected, and aligned world.
This is a grand experiment, and so far… we are seeing great results.
Thanks to YOU and all the women of this movement… the beautiful experiment is going quite well.
Women’s lives are transforming as they become Women Circle Facilitators or participate in circles with us on the New and Full Moons.
Women’s businesses, relationships, and overall sense of self-worth and purpose are transforming in miraculous ways!
