Dr. Buttar points out that Dr. Fauci was working on a vaccine in 1981 for an epidemic that did not surface in the population until 1984 – HIV/AIDS. How could he have predicted such an outbreak?
My understanding is that the Illuminati don’t release a virus until they have an antidote for their own.
But this is the first time I’m aware of where someone has been identified as preparing an antidote for a virus that had not yet presented itself.
