Earthbound Star Soul had a reading with Linda Dillon five days before I did so his account of the meetings of the delegations came earlier than mine. (1)
At that point there had been 43 delegation meetings. Two were repeat meetings….

Earthbound Star Soul: The Delegations that are taking place, can you give us an idea of how many meetings between Star People and Earth People have occurred around the planet… 5, 10 15, 20, 50, 100?
Z: No, there have been about 43.
EBSS: 43?
Z: Yes, 43, some of them have been very small, depending on shall we say the local and some of them have been significant gatherings of individuals that are primarily by interest and field if you can think of it that way. So there are a number of variations.
But things are going forth, and those who have been selected and engaged in these meetings and there are only two that have been to second meetings. But those who have been engaged or who have been recruited for these meetings are adhering very closely with our understanding because they have been informed of the dangers of speaking as of yet, of these gatherings.
EBSS: Any time line on when our meeting might be?
Z: It is anticipated prior to the year end or at the very beginning of the new year.
EBSS: There is a mountain road that might be closed due to winter snow, but there is another mountain road nearby that has a beautiful overlook.
Z: Yes, but there are many, many beautiful settings for the meeting, but that would be a perfect place.
EBSS: Our meeting I am guessing will be just the three of us.
Z: Correct. It is where we start, not where we finish.
EBSS: On November 11th, in the late afternoon, I had been home the whole day. I got in my car to go up the road to a mini mart, and inside the car it had the scent of deep space.
Z: You had thought that you were home all day.
EBSS: Meetings up on the Neptune…
Z: Yes, that is correct.
EBSS: Hmmmm…
Z: You have been engaged in many, many meetings on board ship, and even in the oversight or reports back of how the meetings with the Delegations are going.
EBSS: Can you identify some of the countries where these meeting have already taken place?
Z: They are all over the planet.
EBSS: Well there have been 43 meetings and there are what, 150 or 170 countries.
Z: Think of it more in terms of continents, so we will not even go that far. But no, they are taking place in every continent and islands all over the planet.
EBSS: Have there been any in the United States already?
Z: YES!
EBSS: As I said to a couple of people recently, after showing them the pictures in the “UFO… Contact From The Pleiades” book, that there has already been a few handful of meetings between Star People and some people living here on Earth. But they do not have permission to make their pictures and video public yet.
Z: That is correct.
EBSS: I said to them that there will be someone in the U.S. who has pictures and video who will have permission to make them public.
Z: That is correct. It is a timing factor, and part of this, is the insurance and assurance that those who are in positions, particularly of weaponry, nuclear weaponry and biological weaponry, are not in a position to… act.
EBSS: My sense is, from the meetings “upstairs,” that until the new president is inaugurated, the people in countries around the world will not make their pictures and video public.
Z: That is correct.
EBSS: January of 2021?
Z: In all likelihood, it will be earlier, but… certainly, if the situation, shall we put it that way, needs to be stabilized, solidified, prior to any mass disclosure … and… the danger sweet one, let us be very clear, as you well know, the danger is not to us, the danger is to the Human Beings, who are in great courage and valor, stepping forward to anchor the new reality.
EBSS: Let’s make things happen.
Z: We are, and so are you.
