In this show we share our thoughts, insights and practices around the immense power we have to manifest through sexual arousal and orgasm. Our bodies, both male and female, were made this way for a reason, and it’s not necessarily what we’ve been told all our lives.

Jean leads us through a meditation and we hope you won’t be distracted by our heavy breathing! There’s lots of energy moving and it does help to use the breath to facilitate the process.
