Transportation Secretary Norman Minetta tells the 9/11 Commission that Cheney was in the Situation Room long before the VP said he was and was told by an aide that an “incoming” threat was approaching the Pentagon. Did he want to change the order? No.
How was all this paid for? Well, here’s one source of income. Remember Donald Rumsfeld told us on Sept. 10, 2011 that $2.3 trillion was missing from the Pentagon budget?
