Charleston Patrolman Ryan Willard and now Detective Duane Fields were dispatched last week to K-Mart on the West Side after a reported shoplifting. When they arrived they found a woman with a 7 year old girl and a baby. The woman was trying to steal diapers, diaper rash cream and baby clothes. The officers bought children’s supplies for her and wrote her a ticket, as K-Mart didn’t drop the charge. Charleston Daily Mail/Craig Cunningham 7/31/13

The low vibrations of control, greed and deception are being overcome by the high vibrations of self-confidence, optimism and freedom as more and more of Earth’s peoples are absorbing light.
