by Leilah https://leilahnancywallaceward.substack.com/p/integrating-and-shining-higher-octaves The last few months have, for me, been a time of stillness and focusing on the day to day aspects of life as, deep within, I have been undergoing integration and recalibration of new, refined, higher octave frequencies. In order for gentle transformation to take place, it has been necessary for the […]

by Leilah https://leilahnancywallaceward.substack.com/ I go within to ask The Vastness of Being for a message. “You are the ones holding up the sky. All of your voices, all of your energetic focus is going into the world around you. Make it beautiful, make it loving. All you do with one another, all you do for […]

by Leilah https://www.integralsoul.love/blog-2/2025/11/13/the-remembering Awakening soul memories are coming into your conscious awareness. Within you are memories of your Soul’s journey through eons of time, through intergalactic and multidimensional experiences. The more you embody your soul essence, you feel the vastness of your being, and you begin to remember. So many of you have been clearing […]

by Nancy Leilah Ward https://www.integralsoul.love/blog-2/2025/8/27/the-in-between-and-the-power-of-rage There is a feeling in the world that the bottom is dropping out. Many of us feel untethered, ungrounded and disconnected from what has been familiar in our lives. As we deal with challenges in our own lives and then look at the horrible pain and grief, genocide and cruelty […]

by Leilah https://www.integralsoul.love/blog-2/2025/5/30/03axz7hnocod0f97298ypccxfg6rxj Hello Vastness of Being. Do you have a message for me to share with others at this time? Manage your thoughts. https://www.integralsoul.love/blog-2/2025/3/28/friends-in-high-places There’s a Solar Eclipse tomorrow morning and the energy feels very intense. Didn’t sleep last night. When I laid down, I felt my entire body buzzing with energy. Which felt good, but eventually, I was over energized and I couldn’t get comfortable. Aaah, physical life on Earth in a time of great change. How […]

by Leilah https://leilahnancywallaceward.substack.com Like many people these days, I often wake up in the morning feeling anxiety over what’s going on in the world. But a few mornings ago, I awoke from a dream where a rapper was rapping to me a beautiful message about how we need to take care of ourselves. Take care […]

by Nancy Leilah Ward https://www.integralsoul.love/blog-2/2025/1/19/above-and-beyond   A conversation with the Vastness of Being. Through the months of November and December, my ability to create felt stagnant, like I was frozen in suspension. The vibe of the world has also felt this way, suspended, hanging in the balance before the chaos creators take over and […]

by Leilah (aka Nancy W Ward) https://www.integralsoul.love/blog-2/2024/7/31/resolute   This poem – or word flow – came through a few weeks ago. In early July, I was feeling very chaotic energies zig-zagging and swirling around and then one of my dogs injured her knee by tearing the cruciate ligaments. She is recovering from surgery. This […]

by Leliah Ward https://www.integralsoul.love/blog-2/2024/2/28/being-reborn We are going through another big shift. The picture in my mind is of being in rushing water that is flowing into a narrow channel. We don’t know where it’s going but I sense a waterfall up ahead. When I tune into the waterfall, I feel a free floating rush of […]

by Leilah integralsoul.love/blog-2/2023/11/30/the-divinity-within-and-the-power-of-love I have a question about the energy on this planet – there is a destructive energy that keeps repeating over and over again. It’s like we are stuck in a loop of hatred and greed, swirling and churning – along with love and compassion. As I write this, I am seeing this […]
