The Wave of Love
I said earlier that President Trump, who is also Commander-in-Chief of the Global Military Alliance – or perhaps I should say the Q Team behind him plus the rest of the military – are, in my opinion, using a WW2 tactic.
It goes back further, to an Illuminati tactic: From chaos comes order. (Make chaos – provide order.) In my recollection, they frequently use Illuminati tactics against them.
The military tactic saw the WW2 Allies develop an artillery plan where all units within radio range would arrange their guns to go off at a certain time and arrive at a single target at the exact same moment. They called it “time on target” (TOT).
Soldiers used to hearing “ranging shots” and getting into cover heard no ranging shots. All hell broke loose at once and whole tank assembly points just ceased to exist.
Politically, it involves stirring up every hornet’s nest you can, stoking a fire here and a fire there, not settling because it isn’t about settling. It isn’t about making peace with evildoers and allowing matters to continue.
It’s about ending the reign of darkness on Earth once and for all while avoiding civil war. How do you do it? We’re watching it unfold. It’s what the white hats are doing and some of it doesn’t look … well, orthodox.
But, as the Arcturian Group reminds us:
Arcturian Group: In spite of everything that may manifest during these times, never lose sight of the fact that a Divine plan is unfolding, one that can not and will not be stopped by three dimensional thinking, plotting, planning, or activities.
Human minds, regardless of how intelligent, educated, or “religious,” are incapable of fully understanding higher truth because three-dimensional human minds are conditioned by and aligned with the lower-resonating energies of duality, separation, and many powers. (1)
On all levels, from the Divine Mother through the galactics to the white hats, all are agreed that, this time, darkness will leave Planet Earth. Completely.
In fact nothing that is not of the Mother’s will will succeed, as she reminds us (I have been asked not to capitalize): (2)
Divine Mother: [I am speaking about] those in … positions where control and abuse of power have been rampant.
That will not be the platform [from] which integration of the various galaxies [into the new transdimensional region of space] takes place. That is not the Plan.
I know very clearly, Sweet One, as do you, if it is not [in] my Plan, then it will not occur. …
Make no mistake, Sweet One, love will win because that has been my Plan always. (3)
The Arcturian Group add their explanation:

No, it doesn’t work for everyone now. But we’re not there yet.

Since I wrote the book on the Wave of Love, we’ve seen the matter discussed on numerous sites and by numerous commentators: commentator Alexander Quinn; Oxford physicist David Clements; described by numerous galactic channels on GFL Station; called a “planetary heart opening” by Linda Dillon’s Council of Love; and described as more or less of a grim reaper to evildoers by Blossom Goodchild’s Federation of Light:
