I just wrote a paragraph about some members of the judiciary having become every bit as much an element in the overthrow of the honest state as the cartels they often work for are. (1)
Say what?
As a person who decided refugee claims – (2) claims whose outcome could be life-or-death for the claimant if I got it wrong – I looked to the courts for assistance in interpreting statutes and caselaw.
And, by the way, the judiciary in Canada at the turn of the century was top-notch. I like to take down quotes that really resonate with me (surprise, surprise!). And I was adding Supreme-Court passages to it a lot, they were so well-enunciated.
I don’t think it an exaggeration to say that, as a writer, what I’m writing right now has been moulded by the example of the Supreme Court of Canada during my tenure (1998-2006).
But, beyond the personal, the “honest state” is the crux of the matter, is it not? The judiciary ensures the strong legal and moral foundation of the honest state.
Parts of our judiciary have evidently lost their impeccable moral grounding and have become part of the attempted takedown of that state.
Honesty, and everything else that flows from that basic agreement of interaction, has been under accelerated attack during the four years in which government was led by a dead man. (3)
What could be more dishonest than to be led by a President who was already dead and played by counterfeits? The criminals were running the show.
They had their time and now they’re howling because it ended.
I want that honest judiciary back.
Honest police, doctors, all servants of the public. “Honest witnesses to the truth” is what society requires, I believe, right now. (4)
“Honesty” is measurable. With exceptions, it’s either on or it’s off. It’s an immediate, achievable goal.
And honesty itself is a divine quality so that practising it advances us on our journey back to God. (5)
The time of exposing the rot in our very own houses is here before us. (6) We need to face up to the rot out there and the rot in here. Gently, slowly – this isn’t the Inquisition.
I know that some things need to remain confidential or governments don’t work. So I’m not saying blanket disclosure of every single aspect of everyone’s life.
And this is not a holier-than-thou request. It’s everyone’s work. Me too.
Complete the core issues (what I call vasanas or “latent tendencies,” after Ramana Maharshi). (7) Commit ourselves to the service of our chosen facet of the One. (For me it’s the Divine Mother and I report to Archangel Michael.)
It doesn’t matter what that service or facet is. God is only One. God is behind it all, call the One by whatever name you choose.
And service calls up love, which we get to experience as it passes through us. (8) It arises from the heart. We get our reward in the giving while raising the collective consciousness in the process.
You can sit in your armchair and radiate love out to the world. Right now it may not seem like much love is coming up from your heart. (9) But this practice will invite a fourth-chakra heart opening, at which point the love you can radiate multiplies.
Moreover, raising the tenor of the collective consciousness frees the hands of the higher-dimensionals to assist us.
We may or may not have had a hand in this situation, but we need to have a hand in its solution. We need a general return to honesty in society if we expect the judiciary to care. And that’s something that each one of us can (and needs to) manifest.
Justice in society requires honesty in the individual. And that’s our work. If we lie in court or lie anywhere else for that matter, we subvert justice as much as the judge does by taking a bribe. In my view, woke culture has undermined this behavioral norm and we need to rebuild it.

(9) Your heart, two digits right of the breastbone, is different from the heart chakra and the physical heart. When the kundalini reaches the heart chakra, as mine did, the heart chakra acts like a switch and turns on the light. But the heart is the light. The heart chakra is only the switch.
My hridayam (the heart’s door) exploded and I was awash in a love which was the fulfillment of all my dreams. That is what awaits you and me when the Wave of Love hits. But you must ask for it, by the Law of Free Will. And drawing love up from your heart primes the pump. It also helps to think of the love of your life.
