Research notes are posts making a single point which I’d like to have in the database and on the record but which don’t warrant a full article.
I think I’ve just arrived at the answer to the question I haven’t asked yet.
I just tinkered with my writing process.
All this time, until this very moment, I have conceived of writing as being aided by my tapping into what I now see as an intellectual domain. I would “conceive” of Michael and ask for him to inspire me (with words).
But I just did something that sent my writing off into another, and much more enjoyable (probably much more productive) direction.
I said to myself: This is the nature of my life: I will always write. I may increasingly suffer from immobility and I’ll need to adapt. OK, that’s the curriculum. I now accept it and stop fighting it.
And then without thinking, I breathed love up from my heart and turned to my writing. And the lightbulb went on.
I have no conscious memory of breathing love up from my heart and then getting to work.
Never mind connecting with Michael. That is already handled. What did he say?
Archangel Michael: Know that I am right next to you. Sometimes I am typing. Sometimes I am moving your pen. Always I am whispering in your ear. (4)
I know that even if “his” words came from the mouth of a false guru, Michael would honor them as his own. (5)
So all that is handled.
What isn’t handled is my remembering to come from love.

Steve Beckow: I’m operating on the principle – and please correct me if I’m mistaken here – that I serve Archangel Michael, period.
If I were to go to another medium and she was not channeling Archangel Michael and I were to do what was being said, and it turns out to be a colossal error, I’m still serving Archangel Michael.
Am I correct in continuing to say to myself, “The source is not what they say they are but it doesn’t matter. I’m still serving Archangel Michael.”

DM: Let us give you further insight into this. So, if you were channeling with somebody and they said it was Hilarion, and in fact it was Hilarion, understand on our side the conjoining is so much stronger [with Michael] that Michael would simply funnel through Hilarion what needs to be said.
