In a few days, April 28th, 2025, Canada will have a new prime minister. Canadians have been flocking in droves to the polling stations, to vote early.
Conservative, Pierre Poilievre, is using the words, hope and change, in every speech.
The Divine Mother, when she introduced herself at the beginning of her teaching of the blessing and virtue of hope (1) through Linda Dillon, channel for the Council of Love, said this:
Greetings. I Am Mary. Welcome to you. Welcome to all of you, and yes, I come as Mother, as Mother of Hope and Mother of Change, Mother of Serenity, Mother of Laughter, Mother of Joy, Mother of One.
She goes on to say there are many ways to come to know her and that she is always there for us:
The distinctions that you make between myself, Universal Mother, and Divine Mother, are human distinctions, and they are created so that you will have a multitude of ways in which to come to know Me, so that I may guide you and that I may guide you back Home, that no matter how far you may wander or what the journey entails, that should you choose, in any instance, in any reality, to call upon Me, to know Me, to allow Me to embrace you, I Am There.
So I have a million faces, and as many names, and I Am Still One.
She tells us we are here on Earth to create with her and with the higher realms, Nova Being and Nova Earth:
Creation is Eternal, and it is born of stillness but it is also born of Infinite inspiration and movement, and this is the gift that I give to you.
It is not merely hope.
That is your fundamental bedrock from which All emanates, but you are also filled with inspiration, with ideas, with Love, with laughter to bring that stillness into form, into matter, into experience, into creation, and right Now beloved ones, into the creation of Nova Being and Nova Earth.
The definition of hope from the Council of Love goes like this:
The gift of heart-knowing of the presence of God, the ability to understand that very often things on Earth are not as they appear, an ability to pierce the illusion of the veil, the only reason for change.
Hope encompasses serenity, total and perfect calm, to be in the world but not of it, to be able to remain centered and still, One with Who You Are regardless of externals.
Hope is the colour of deep twilight blue, almost navy.
It is the deepest colour of blue, the colour of our beloved Divine Mother Mary.

Mother Mary also taught us the Universal Law of Change. At the beginning of that teaching she said:
Greetings, I Am Mary, Universal Mother, Mother of Love, Mother of Hope and yes, beloved ones, Mother of Change, and Mother of Constancy, Continuity, and it is these three C’s—Change, Constancy and Continuity—that I wish to speak to you of this day.
She tells us that she has birthed each of us as a spark of light, of Love, and that we have gone on to assume many forms:
My beloved children, Children of My Heart, when I say that I have birthed each one of you, what do you think I mean? That I am somehow responsible? Yes, that is so, but it is more than that.
You have moved and traveled and been expelled, birthed, from my Essence, from my Core, and even in that birthing, dear heart, is the movement of Love, the movement of energy into form eventually, for you did not start out in form.
You simply started out as a spark of Light, of Love, and then the adventure began, and if you look at it over a very long what you think of as time span, you can see the progression and the many changes that you in conjunction with I, and with your beloved guides, and many consultants, have wrought, for you have been angels, some of you archangels, star beings, interplanetary beings. You have assumed many forms, rocks, trees, animals, humans, Pleiadians, Arcturians.
And through all that we have always been in accordance with the Universal Law of Change, the constant movement, but the Mother says our core, Who We Are, does not change:
You have always been in accordance with the Law of Change, the Law of Continuity, the Law of Constancy, for it incorporates all 3 of these aspects.
The core of you, the essence, the very essence of Who You Are does not change.
It continues. It assumes different forms. It travels throughout the omniverse, but the core of your being is constant and it is in constant movement even throughout what you think of as this lifetime.
You are in constant movement. Yes, there are times when you are in stillpoint of creation, but also understand in the stillpoint there is still the movement of creation and of re-creation.
The essence of Who You Are continues throughout time and space.
That is the Law. That is the Law of Change, constant movement, consistency, and you remain in that movement until you actually return at the completion, the end of your journey, when you reunite with One.

Whatever happens in Canada’s election, we are in the flow of change! And with the Mother’s teachings, knowing to be still, no matter the chaos outside. We can be human anchors of hope, wherever we are, helping to stabilize the field.
When we consciously embody hope, we know to be in our serenity, that total and perfect calm—in the world but not of it, able to remain centered and still One with Who We Are, regardless of externals—a lifelong practice.
