Major shifts are expected to continue throughout the rest of this month, the planetary energy is intensifying with the onset of a 3-day intense solar storm. As we move toward the end of this month, the frequency and intensity of the incoming energies are expected to increase, leading to significant changes in our systems.
During this ascension transition, it may now be necessary to slow down and allow the internal changes and energy to recalibrate. Taking enough time to rejuvenate, to reflect on past progress, and to clear and heal any surfacing issues. This transformation process is occurring to seek balance as more of the past self identify fades away, this creates energetic space for new beginnings and for the expansion and expression of true self . Higher self activations are now taking place for many Ascending Starseeds .
There is a powerful recalibration now moving through the system, one that is deeply responsive to the accumulated imbalance. It is not a disruption, it is a realignment: patterns that have been running in past loops on outdated assumptions and false beliefs are being fragmented and ending abruptly, it takes time for the conditioned system to adjust and assimilate to match the current reality.
Ascension is never about escape or transcendence in a dramatic sense, it’s about increasing coherence between what exists and what is actually sustainable. When pressure builds, whether in personal systems, collective structures, or even technological networks, correction becomes inevitable.
This Ascension recalibration reflects that threshold being reached. Friction, fatigue, and unexpected changes are strong signals, not failures, they indicate that something is being tuned to operate with greater clarity and efficiency.
This system recalibration is happening now because the system can no longer maintain previous distortions without consequence, so it adapts, seeking balance, even if the process feels unfamiliar or intense.
In times of significant transformation, you may lose connections with certain individuals. This is because you are no longer aligned with their vibrations, and moving forward would mean leaving them behind.
This is always beneficial for conscious growth and true self development. Learning from these experiences and continuing on the chosen path.
Ascending self will eventually connect with others on the path of truth and light, those who share your frequency and genuinely care for you , without ego interference, you are pursuing an authentic life and because of this alignment will always be at the forefront of progress.
In the upcoming days and weeks, you may experience changes in your physical body due to the recent Solar energies which affects the electromagnetic field of our planet, leading to changes in the physical and energy bodies. Ascension symptoms include: headaches, anxiety, releasing embedded fear, pressure in sinus areas, nausea, lower back issues, inflammation, tightness in chest area, reflux, irritable bowels, skin issues, dental, ear ringing, feeling spacey. The key is to listen to the body’s signals closely as its needs will change during these transformational releases and activations.
Many Starseeds at this time are currently experiencing a void phase feeling placed in the universal womb undergoing shifts in their internal reality according to all actions and choices. The months of May and June will bring significant changes to those ascending with inevitable endings and many new beginnings. Whatever the changes it will be essential and required to lead you towards your soul’s evolutionary path and human self destiny .
Some Starseeds have already integrated most of their activations in the last few days leading up to this point. They may now be undergoing a life review, which also occurs at the time of death when the soul leaves the body and returns to Source. However, this life review is different because it focuses on your past and present experiences and interactions with other people while alive on Earth.
This life review greatly assists in the healing of the mental and emotional bodies, it highlights lessons learned, personal accomplishments, and areas that need improvement. This past life review is an integral part of the ascension process in human form.
Realising that the reality we live in is not as it has been portrayed is not an easy task. The alternative to awakening is to remain asleep and continue to be controlled by others and their agenda.
Awakening on a dualistic based planet comes at its own cost. It requires full responsibility, questioning and examining all self beliefs, facing uncomfortable truths, and making challenging choices. it also provides the greatest opportunity to break free from external control, heal inner duality and live a fulfilling life guided in truth and by higher self in personal choices and free will to Ascend past the false matrix .
All Ascending are currently moving through a phase of heightened solar activity, and many are experiencing this as a powerful energetic shift, an influx of high-frequency light is activating subtle internal changes, unexpected revelations and insights, this is self transformation at a deeper core level.
If you have been feeling more tired than usual, emotionally sensitive, restless, or noticing changes in your sleep patterns, it can feel confusing or even concerning. However, these experiences are a big part of a stage of adjustment, where the mind and body are integrating, balancing and processing change in their own way.
During times like this, it is common for old habits, thoughts, and emotional patterns to re surface. This is not a setback, it is always an opportunity to release what no longer supports your conscious path, to move toward into a more aligned and authentic version of the self.
Wellbeing occurs in simple, grounding ways. Spending time connecting with source energy to bring conscious awareness into the present moment, allowing for rest when required , hydrating and listening closely to what the body needs.
You may notice that you do not feel quite the same as you did even a few days ago. This can feel unfamiliar, but transformational change often does. Sensitivity and introspection are not signs that something is wrong, they are signs that something within you is now shifting and evolving.
Awakening souls on this planet are here to heal themselves, so they can be an authentic expression and example to the world, to inspire and empower others in their awakening and healing journey, promoting greater understanding, wisdom, awareness, love and consciousness into the world.
