In my daily life, as a reader at the Centre I work from, and online, often I mention a way to peace within that I discovered with heart listening and contemplation of Albert Einstein’s explanation of the patterning of the Universe.
Albert said, “All of the Universe is patterned on the Mother, the Father, and the One.”
As I meditated on this, I realized I felt discomfort about my own parents, so in my imagination I began to see them in their Divinity.
In the higher realms, we all get along, so I imagined that — and now it’s easy to do! — as above, so below.
Now I feel very little discomfort, and, if something from the past arises, I’m quick to say, “I Am Great Gratitude for everything my parents taught me” and “I Am Forgiveness of self for not seeing this earlier.”
Our parents (and/or early caregivers) are often our greatest teachers, of what works and what doesn’t work.
Forgiveness and gratitude in equal measure for our parents and/or our early caregivers, is a way to peace within.
Doing this creates balance for our
masculine/feminine energies within
and deep feelings of peace, Love, joy.

Sanat Kumara, our Universal Logos, when he taught us the Universal Law of Sacred Purpose said that the Laws are not complex, that they are about aligning our mind, heart, and will with the Divine Mind, Heart, and Will, dismissive of false ideas but not dismissive of self/others.
We are here to be the Love, and as SK said,
The key is Loving our selves.
“I Am Love.”
As I Love my self, in that Love is Love for my parents, family, friends, everyone. . .
What forgiveness (peace) and gratitude (joy) in equal measure — “I Am Worth” — do is open the way for our hearts to align with our Divinity, create balance within, and for our sacred purpose to emerge, our joy.
“I Am Peace, Love, Joy – Balance.”
