Kathleen talks about the “blue breath of Michael.” I asked her if I could share an actual experience with you concerning the power of Archangel Michael’s breath.
Some of you may have heard the story before and I apologize for repeating it. It concerns one of the two times I came face-to-face with Archangel Michael. (1)
I found myself lucid dreaming. I “woke up” aboard a ship, in the lounge. I was listening to some people chat when I heard this mellifluous voice.
I turned in my seat and stared at the stranger sitting across the room from me. (2)
Imagine Keanu Reeves with a ponytail. But more to the point he was the spitting image of someone I knew years earlier – Mark Orich, a troubled street kid I’d assisted in Ottawa who was later murdered in Orange County.
There was an instant flash of visual recognition as well as a fascination with his mellifluous voice. The two combined were irresistible. He had my attention.
I asked, “Are you Archangel Michael?” and he replied “Yes,” and I moved all my belongings closer to him to listen to what he had to say.
I cannot remember what was said. What I do remember was that at some point he rose up from his chair and his body below the waist faded from view.
He floated up and over me. I fell back until I was horizontal with him, barely a few inches away. (3) He breathed something into me, long and slow. After I had taken it into myself, I woke up.
At the next reading I asked him to explain to me what had just happened; specifically, what did he breathe into me? He said he had breathed love into me, so that I’d remember the dream when I woke up.
I’ve never forgotten a moment of it. It may be the only dream I can say that about. It’s as if it’s fixed in my mind. Such is the power of the breath of Michael.
It was also Michael who removed the blockage from my heart on March 13, 2015, three hours before I had a reading with him. That was an explosive event and unleashed a torrent of love, like a good volcano or, even better, a tsunami of love. (4)
If we succeed in having the breath of Michael flow through us in service of the Mother, I’d consider us blessed. I’ll fully open to it.
Footnotes
(1) On the other occasion, I exited my apartment and had to steer around a young man standing outside the front door and looking engagedly at it. I found it curious that he made no attempt to knock or anything. He just stood there. I walked about eight paces and turned around. He’d disappeared. I asked my wife to drive around the block and we couldn’t see him anywhere.
I later confirmed with Michael that that was him. On this occasion, which preceded the other, he also looked like Mark Orich – or Keanu Reeves with a ponytail.
(2) I won’t go into it here, but, up to this point, this experience mirrored one I had in an est Communications Workshop in the early Eighties. Again that helped me to relax into it.
(3) I just got how significant this action is for me. When I was seven, my Father shouted at me from just a few inches from my face and I shattered into a thousand pieces. I became the dissociated Humpty Dumpty Man. How healing it was to have Archangel Michael breathe love into me from just a few inches away from my face.
(4) I reserve the words “heart opening” for a torrent-like release of love from the wellspring of the heart, which would be as unmistakeable as watching one’s house be torn off its foundations and swept away in a flood. It happened or it didn’t. Whether it did or not is so unmistakeable that, when asked if it did, it takes no time to think about it. “Yes!”
It’s not just a strong experience of romantic love. Or grief at the loss of a parent. Or even the worship of a sage, as wonderful as that is. The torrent is not at all a form of ordinary love. The Mother calls it “Sacred Love.” (“Transcript ~ The Divine Mother: New Year’s Message 2017,” December 29, 2016, at https://goldenageofgaia.com/2016/12/31/new-years-message-2017/.)
