Sahaja Samadhi is the climax and culmination of our Ascension process.
“Sahaja” means “natural” or “native.” The question then becomes: What is natural to us?
Since we’re universally trying to eliminate them, worry and fear are probably not part of our natural state. I can’t conceive of God founding our nature in something we want to escape.
But their opposites – satisfaction and peace – are universally enjoyed when present and dearly sought after when not. They’re quite probably elements of our natural or native state.
If what turns out to be ultimately valuable is that which is native to us, then it follows that there’s no place to get to; the desired state must be here already; and what must be required of us to enjoy it is let go, let go, let go. Let go of everything that isn’t natural to us – worry, fear, anxiety, depression, etc., etc. Drop all lines and scripts and acts. Surrender habit and conditioning. Let it all go.
Not that easy to do, however easy it may be to say, but I think that’s a map of the territory nonetheless.
