(Continued in Part 2, above.)
Because we need space to listen is another reason for us to clean up a significant proportion of our core issues as soon as possible. Our service is beginning and, no matter the form our leadership takes, in my view, leaders listen.
If we haven’t cleared up our issues, then it’s time perhaps to turn to a more stringent human-growth technology, used only when one runs out of time. If we haven’t completed an issue by now even though we’ve been hard at work at it, then maybe it’s time to “get off it.”
Maybe it’s time to acknowledge, as an act of personal responsibility, that we’ve chosen to remain with this number, racket or routine, this element of our constructed self, and decide if we want to re-choose and drop it.
Completing an issue causes it to disappear. Getting off an issue may not cause it to disappear; it only means that we don’t choose to go with the reactivation when it happens. We may have to get off it each time the issue “goes off.”
If we intend to assume a leadership role in the events coming up down the road (and the Company of Heaven wants us to), then we need to have really crunched into our issues.
If we don’t lead, Archangel Michael explained on An Hour with an Angel back in 2015, it’ll leave a vacuum:
“If no one steps forward into the ‘how to’, into ‘how do we go about this? How do we begin, how do we proceed, how do we build, how do we create in the practical sense?’ then there is a massive vacuum because many of the billions upon your planet have not yet learned, adapted and integrated the new tools – the fullness of this new energy.
“So they are assigned … or try to step up to create and to take the leadership role. They do not have the training and insight to do this in a way that is achievable. It is not a critique or a criticism or a judgment in any way of the collective, but if they are not fully engaged and enjoying the energy of wholeness, then they are not bringing the engineering of that wholeness to the project of creating Nova Earth. So there is a lack, a vacuum of leadership.
“Now, who upon this wondrous planet, who has been hiding in the shadows or edging out, or in the limelight and is ready? Who has prepared? Who has been diligent and practiced patience and fortitude and stamina, and anchored the divine qualities? Who is it that is prepared to do this? Well it is the lightworkers.” (1)
Have we prepared enough? Have we completed as many core issues as we possibly can? Have we created enough clear space, enough freedom from reactivity, to do a decent job as financial wayshowers? I don’t know. We can only hope so.
If we haven’t, if we’re still reactive, if we’re still exploding and revenging ourselves and denying everything that’s said about us, then we’re essentially part of that much larger body of people who aren’t yet ready for leadership. We remain part of the problem instead of the answer.
In my view, the more we cleanse ourselves of our core issues, the better equipped we are (1) to lead, (2) to steward the Mother’s wealth, and (3) to share “best practices” with others.
There’s no sense hiding the truth from ourselves of whether we’re clear or not. We’re simply postponing waking up and making the process of waking up more painful than it needs to be.
It’s possible to call ourselves on our own stuff. It’s even possible to enjoy it. “Lewd? Yes, I guess I’m lewd.” Once we get in the swing of it, it ceases to be hard. And by doing so, we save ourselves the pain of being sometimes harshly called by someone else.
We need to learn these human-growth techniques if we’re to be leaders.
