We’re still working the issues, which have partly to do with our server, Hostgator, and partly to do with a bug in a backup program.
When I have more information, I’ll let you know. For now, I’m just glad we’re back together again. Sorry for the looooong inconvenience.
Next time that happens, no need to write us. That just requires me writing 20-30 emails saying the same thing: “Yes, we’re down. Yes, we’re working on it.” Takes a lot of time away from other tasks. Thanks, everyone.
