(Concluded from yesterday.)
Archangel Michael then said that the Nova Earth Team had passed out of the phase of building unity and community and into the phase of building leadership:
AAM: It was very important to build community. That was the task at hand. Unity, community and understanding of the process of reliability, of sincerity, a connectedness that built the sense of lightworker community, of heart-to-heart-to-heart community – that has been achieved. But now, as wayshowers, there has need to be someone, and many someone’s, at the head of the line saying, “This way”.
SB: I implicitly know that, Lord. It’s pushing out from inside of me.
AAM: So you have done the sense of building community, of teamwork, of collegiality, of sincerity, of love. That does not go by the wayside.
The leadership does not come from an arbitrary assumption of control. It comes from a deeper desire than ever to truly serve. And how does one serve? Each in their own particular way. But leadership is necessary and it does not mean “better than.”
You know that I am the literal and designated head of this Legion of Peace. I do not assume that every being in my Legion of Blue is not crucial, critical, pivotal, equal, and different than I. We are a unified force, serving the Mother, no more, no less, each having our position, our commitment, our responsibility and our role.
I have said to you, I look forward to the time when I will be back playing the harp and painting the sky, but until such time, I will stay as the Archangel of Peace.
SB: So this new paradigm then is leadership without control, isn’t it?
AAM: That is correct. It is leadership with love.
Everything about this new move is interesting. You for your part are watching a human be inspired and rejigged by an archangel. You’re hearing hot off the press what the next phase of building Nova Earth is.
I for my part am blown away and humbled to be able to interact this way with such a gentle, loving being. I feel a great loyalty towards him as a result of our collaboration to date, despite all the missed dates, many of which for us on the team go back longer than just the Reval.
Am I afraid of being thought a robot? Absolutely not. It is well worth it. His love repays me many fold. If I left off here, I could spend the rest of my life poring over just my readings with him.
Back to the story. It’s also interesting to see that a great sense of urgency can be communicated by a celestial to a terrestrial, great enough to affect activity, intention, direction, everything.
My memory feels like it’s going through an update. Looking back on my life from the vantage point of leadership, I get the relevance of many events that I would never have remembered before.
I can’t over-estimate how useful it’ll probably turn out to be to have spent eight years as a refugee adjudicator, a human-rights decision-maker. The seriousness of those decisions – life and death to some – is guaranteed to stop us dead in our tracks and make us pay full attention.
Being prompted for this new focus, I now find myself attracted to the qualities of personal responsibility, sovereign authority, and leadership itself. But I also have to catch my wind here. No sooner had I broken through to the experience of love than this new assignment comes up.
It’s interesting that, after the dislocation, the topsy-turvy of encountering one’s own responsibility for leadership and accepting it, the next step immediately becomes to encourage others to take the same step. It’s funny how that arises.
After the reading, Linda acknowledged that she’s feeling the same internal pressures towards encouraging leadership and we discussed the matter for some time.
Both Linda and I know that tremendous change in many fields is poised to come down the road. New finances, new government, new technology, at some point the galactics showing up, on and on the changes are going to hit us and pull us in all directions.
We talk of culture shock. This is going to be planetary shock. We lightworkers are going to be needed to show leadership. There have to be some terrestrials who can (1) handle the stresses of change, (2) actively welcome change knowing what it’ll bring, and (3) testify before the world about all that’s occurring.
We have to be willing to show that we as a world society can undergo massive change without panic, fear, dread, etc. That will call on all of us to show an incredible amount of mature, persistent and competent leadership.
Linda and I discussed the need to bring new people on board and expand, expand, expand. Trainers will be needed; personnel staff, writers, archivists, librarians, graphic artists, accountants, on and on the list goes.
Leaders all.
I personally am almost busting my britches with this new energy, it’s so strange to me and so strong.
