Dear Ones,
Once upon a time there was a great and massive restructuring of your planet surface. Many of you know this as a story, a possibility, yet we tell you it is truth. It is the time of the rise and fall of Atlantis, the rise to greatness and the fall to the consciousness of the lower self, the ego, which you, Dear Ones, are experiencing to completion now.
Many of you incarnated at this time were also incarnated during the time of Atlantis, and you have held the disappointment, the loss, your own believed failure, within your Sacred Heart since this time. The fall of Atlantis has been a great lesson for all of you. It has been a great lesson for each of you, how not to “Be”.
You fell prey to the darkness and were led into the demise of your civilization by those holding darkness within their souls. It is time for each of you to release this darkness, the blame you each place upon your Selves. It is time to release the darkness of Atlantis, and know that you were part of a glorious civilization, of a magnitude that has not been experienced on earth before.
Each of you who were there helped to build the magnificence of this civilization and you learned many lessons. One of the great lessons that you may bring forth to help you in this lifetime is that of holding your personal power.
We ask you in our messages to claim your personal power as you are in a great time of lessons and tests which are giving you the opportunity to claim your personal power. Know, Dear Ones, the light will always overcome the darkness, but you must be strong and steady in the holding of your personal power.
This was a great lesson presented at the time of Atlantis, as it is once again being presented to each of you now. Your success is already assured, Dear Ones, but the path to this success is up to you. Will you succeed with ease and grace, or will you fight the battle to the end, allowing your ego to keep you in the vibrations of the lower self? Will you allow the dark ones to overwhelm you with their perceived power?
Remember, as we have told you before, you are more powerful than you know. You have the ability, within your Sacred Heart and your Sacred Mind, to overcome all obstacles presented to you. You must bring the thought forms of solution, of resolution, for the highest good of all humanity, Mother Earth and all creation, into your minds, your emotions, and every aspect and facet of you. Thought plus emotion equals creation.
Fill yourselves with love, with joy. Breathe in the prana. Breathe deeply. The prana is once again available to you in such magnitudes as you have not known since Atlantis. It is the Elixir of Light, it is the Love of all Creation, it is the Adamantine Particles, it is the foundation of all life, all Creation. You have The All available to you by simply breathing deeply throughout your day. (1) A gift from the Creator.
Take advantage of this blessed gift and breathe deeply, Dear Ones. You will lift yourselves up once again to the heights which you are soon to experience, a civilization far surpassing Atlantis, as this time, there will be no darkness. There will be no misuse of power. You have come through the darkness and are emerging into the light and the light will allow no darkness.
That Dear Ones is the beauty of the Now Moment which you are entering. You have succeeded and you will live and breathe the Love and the light and the joy and the peace and harmony, and you will experience the abundance which is your Divine birthright.
We know you are weary, we know you are tired, yet the time is at hand. As the earth completes her birthing process, you may assist her to complete this process with ease and grace. Radiate love light and the Violet Flame to Mother Earth. Breathe in through your crown chakra; hold your breath as you send it down through your lower chakras into the earth as you fill her with light.
Exhale, as you bring the light up through your three lower chakras, through your heart center, where it blends with the Love of your Sacred Heart. Exhale out through your heart center, front and back. You are sending love light out to the world, humanity, and all life forms, through your intention, with this breath. You may do this with the Violet Flame, and you may direct this love light and the Violet Flame to specific areas of the earth.
Be diligent, Dear Ones, each of you is so greatly needed at this time. One of you can make a difference beyond your knowing. You each have the capacity to blanket the planet with your light. You have the ability to transform the earth, humanity, and all life forms, in the blink of an eye, if each of you hold the thought form of Love.
As you hold this thought form continually, you become love, as nothing else is possible. Love is all that is within your vibration, there can be nothing else, and you return to a state of beingness, in Love, in joy, peace, harmony, and the bounty of the God Source. You are this God Source. It is Love, and you are Love. This Love is within your Sacred Heart. Breathe deeply, and be this Love.
You have already won the battle, dear spiritual warriors. The battle is won, and the manifestation on the physical plane is all that you await, to know this is so. This time is upon you, and we are here to assist you, to nudge you, to remind you to be the Love of your Sacred Heart. It is the All That Is.
