After discussing the Navy League meeting with Open Minds Forum, the Pickering Brothers received a lot of flak from the group. Much of this article deals with that and I’ve removed the rather tortuous discussion. What I’ve left in is the meat around the discussion of disclosure in the military and among Washington insiders.

An eye-popping admission from Catherine Austin Fitts is that money from the sale of contraband drugs appears to have provided the black budget for the discussion of the relative merits of disclosure. Ouch!

I have been told by Clay and Shawn Pickering that they understand that the purpose of this Navy reactivation of the Tenth Fleet is to prepare for UFO/ET disclosure. Clay and Shawn say that Source A exopolitics.blogspot.com/2009/03/ purposefully invited Clay Pickering to the Navy League function to give them more standing in the public domain.
This subtle communication seems to have gone completely over the heads of most people in the UFO community, that is, until the Navy League released pictures of the event at their official web site.
The release of the Official Navy League photos at their web site https://www.navyleague.org/ created quite a stir on OM [i.e., Open Minds] and the Stardrive Forum https://www.stardrive.org/ when they were republished there. These photos prove that Clay Pickering did in fact attend the fuction. The up to date action can be followed at OM starting about here. lucianarchy.proboards.com/ .
So far Clay and Shawn have only had this to say. “Dear OMF, For security reasons Shawn and I will refrain from commenting on any of the Navy League pictures. We will neither confirm nor deny any of these pictures.” This case is turning into a very hot topic in the UFO/ET community because many find it hard to believe that the US military could be cooperating with civilian UFO investigators. An old case that many in the UFO/ET community have forgotten or were not aware, of tends to confirm the Pickering Navy revelations. Physicist Dr. Jack Sarfatti tells me that he knows John Petersen and that John is well connected. If folks in the UFO community have been paying attention they would see that what is now coming to pass was predicted by Catherine Fitts over a decade ago. Catherine Austin Fitts said: “In 1998, I was approached by John Petersen, head of the Arlington Institute, a small high quality military think tank in Washington, DC. I had gotten to know John through Global Business Network and had been impressed by his intelligence, effectiveness and compassion. John asked me to help him with a high level strategic plan Arlington was planning to undertake for the Undersecretary of the Navy.
“At the time I was the target of an intense smear campaign that would lead the normal person to assume that I would be in jail shortly or worse. John explained that the Navy understood that it was all politics —- they did not care. I met with a group of high level people in the military in the process — including the Undersecretary.
“According to John, the purpose of the plan — discussed in front of several military or retired military officers and former government officials— was to help the Navy adjust their operations for a world in which it was commonly known that aliens exist and live among us. When John explained this purpose to me, I explained that I did not know that aliens existed and lived among us.
“John asked me if I would like to meet some aliens. For the only time in my life, I declined an opportunity to learn about something important. I was concerned that my efforts with Arlington could boomerang and be connected with the smear campaign and the effects that I was managing. I regret that decision.
“At John’s suggestion I started to read books on the topic and read about 25 books over the next year on the alien question, the black budget, and alien technology. I had to drop from the project due to the need to attend to litigation and the physical harassment and surveillance of me and some of the people helping me. This process —which turned out to be incredibly time consuming — I now believe was connected with the black budget/slush fund activities connected with FHA and Ginnie Mae at HUD. “John then asked me if I would join the board of the Arlington Institute. When I attended one of my first meetings, I joined in discussion with about 10 people which included James Woolsey, former head of the CIA in the Clinton Administration, Napier Collyns, founder of Global Business Network and former senior Shell executive, Joe Firmage, John, and other members of the Arlington board.
“The main topic of discussion was whether or not the major project for the coming year should be a white paper on how to help the American people adjust to aliens existing and living among us. I said nothing — just listened. Not that long after, I dropped from the board due to the continued demands related to litigation with the Department of Justice and their informant.
“To cut a series of additional long stories short, when I talk with my few sources from the military and intelligence community, I hear the same themes:
“1. Aliens exist and live among us;
“2. In part for this reason as well the accumulated investment over the last 50 years, the technology we have access to through the black budget is far more advanced than is commonly understood;”
“3. The black budget/slush fund construct was created to deal with this issue, which is why reasonable people thought selling drugs to the children who were US citizens was the better of several options — including the option of telling the American public the truth and funding the expenses on budget.”
