Newgrange in Ireland
The spiral is perhaps one of the oldest symbols of human spirituality known to man. Although its meaning varies depending on the culture, it can be found in the artwork of most people of Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
Spirals have also been found at burial and ceremonial sites, on jewelry, on weapons and in petroglyphs in various locations around the world.
The oldest spiral symbols can be seen in Ireland at the megalithic site of Newgrange where these mysterious symbols date back to about 3,200 B.C.
When one looks at these symbols from a spiritual context, they have profound meaning and depth as symbols of unity and ascension.
Spirals are believed to represent movement through experiences in life. The Celts in particularly viewed this symbol as one of progressive development, growth and expansion as we make our journey towards the center and towards the light. At the spiral’s center is where we find spiritual balance and realize our deep connection to the eternal forces of nature and the universe.
Within the past three years, a strange phenomenon has been taking place in various countries such as China, Russia, Norway and Finland, to name a few. There have been sightings of brilliant spirals hovering in the night skies.
Jaime Maussan, Mexico’s top investigative reporter and Ufologist reported to a UFO conference in 2010 that this phenomenon could very well be a sign or message from galactic beings, something we shall see (below) that SaLuSa and Matthew confirm. He refers to the spiral symbol as an ancient one as well as being featured in aerial phenomena and crop circles:
If the spirals are messages, what are they trying to tell us?
Many scientists say that the crop circles are maps of solar systems and they very well may be. Scientists have also said that these spirals in the sky were due to a Russian missile launch, a testing mission and the spirals were fallout from the missile’s fumes. That may be true too. But what if they’re not?
SaLuSa and Matthew commented on the Norway Spiral of Dec. 2009. Although SaLuSa did not give the meaning of the spiral, he did say on Dec. 21, 2009 that the galactics used them as a way of announcing their presence to us.
“We are fascinated by your many interpretations of the blue beam over Norway. It has certainly become a good talking point, and your perception is sufficiently open to consider that it originated in space and that it has been beamed down to you.
“The connection with the presence of President Obama is also interesting, and shows that you see it as some indication of attempts to contact you. Millions of people accept the existence of Space Beings, and now many more believe that they have a place in the lives of Mankind.
“With a sudden surge of interest in us, and a desire to know us you have created the opportunity for contact to manifest. There are many factors involved, not least of all our role in ensuring that the plan for your conscious upliftment and Ascension takes place as decreed by the Creator.”
Matthew Ward also commented on the Norway Spiral in his message of December 17, 2009. Unlike SaLuSa he did furnish a meaning for it.
“What was that phenomenal appearance in the skies over Norway? I asked my mother to copy what I told her in reply to Jean Hudon’s immediate query [www.EarthRainbowNetwork.com]:
“’Matthew says this is the most profound sign yet from our brothers and sisters in other civilizations that the time is nearing for their presence to be properly acknowledged—there is no way that those who do not want that to happen can explain away this dramatic sign.
“The overall spiral represents the unbroken interconnectedness of all souls from our Beginnings in the light—the intense light at the center—and the blue spiral aimed at Earth is the most forceful evidence to date of their desire for us to consciously connect with them in the same spirit they have come.
“The timing and location are significant, selected to mark the awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize to US President Obama for his vision and dedication to achieving world peace and to indicate that they are here to assist us reach this goal.’
“Thank you, Mother. As you have seen, an attempt was made to ‘explain it away’ as a Russian missile, and a different theory has it coming from HAARP [David Wilcock]. We could not help but smile at the bumbling around the missile claim and crediting that nefarious manmade grid system with the astounding display produced by the technology of your multidimensional brotherhood.”
Matthew returned to the subject in his Jan. 11, 2010 message:
“Now then, some of you are questioning the conflicting information about the origin of the phenomenon in the skies over Norway some weeks ago: Was it created by another civilization, as we and other off-planet sources told you, or by the nearby HAARP installation from which a power surge was detected? We would say that this is a matter of different conclusions due to observations from greatly different vantage points. Remembering that everything is energy, therefore everything is connected, makes it easier to understand that when the enormous power generated by your space family’s technology caused a comparatively mild reaction from your manmade technology, some attributed to the latter that magnificent display. However logical that interpretation may seem, it misses the profound symbolism of the spiral design and its timing and location.”
Thus the galactics chose the enduring symbol of the spiral to announce their intention to make contact with us.
It seems incredible that the spiral symbol has appeared for thousands of years in almost every culture of the world. When referring to the spiritual meaning of the spiral, what a significant way to remind us of our journey from the center towards light and ascension. As we travel the course of our lives, spiraling outwards, we’re constantly growing and developing as light beings.
A rising consciousness is occurring everywhere and these spirals in the sky are reminders of the deep connection we have to each other, and the universe, as we continue our journey towards the light and Ascension.
