YouTube Notes: Lower timelines are collapsing, and we are integrating and reconciling our lower aspects.  I share how I moved through the process of integrating a lower aspect recently. YouTube Notes: Join Alisha as she speaks with special guest Jenny Schiltz, as she tells her powerful story of her awakening experience, after being shut […]

October 6, 2025, via email JennySchiltz.org There is so much energy coming in, and the Schumann resonance is running high, amplifying every wave, every shift, every collapse. At the same time, two comets, SWAN and 3I/ATLAS, are crossing our skies, each carrying a distinct energetic current. SWAN acts as a tidal clarifier, stirring up old […]

August 17, 2025, via email JennySchiltz.org I’ve been in a deep phase of integration lately. Part of it is integration of the Lion’s Gate energies (which were massive) and energetic prep for my upcoming Sacred Journey to France, but much of what is downloading is a deep cosmic pulse that is shifting everything and everyone. When I […]

July 11, 2025, via email JennySchiltz.com On the Solstice, I dreamed I was bitten by a rattlesnake. I ran to Dan and said, “Honey, I’ve been bitten by a rattlesnake. I think I’ll be okay, but if I’m not, tell the girls I love them.” We were suddenly in the car, racing toward the hospital. […]

June 29, 2025, via email JennySchiltz.org  We are in a massive phase of Oversoul Embodiment. What this means is that while the human is Ascending, the Oversoul is Descending. This process has been happening in waves for a while, but none as continuous and unrelenting as this. This is a physical embodiment, and it has […]

June 15, 2025, via email JennySchiltz.org This is a Big Deal! There is a tri-tone pulse coming into the Earth. This signal emits from the Central Sun and other cosmic relay points. This pulse is connecting to the star-gates, crystal pyramids, and Sacred Sites. As it connects with these power points, they then transmit the […]

We’re pulling back our power from the places and people who don’t deserve it…

June 3, 2025, via email jennyschiltz.org We are in an uncomfortable in-between space. The scaffolding of the old operating system is crumbling, and the new one isn’t fully downloaded. This threshold is so charged it almost crackles. It’s asking for our mastery; can we stay present without grasping for the old or trying to rush […]

May 29, 2025, via email jennyschiltz.org/ There’s a weight in the Field Right Now. It’s heavy and light all at the same time. It is coming in from the cosmos and from our sun, and it has the potential to change everything. The old operating system is leaving, and the new one is downloading and […]

YouTube Notes: We are in it, and it is not letting up anytime soon! Take care of you!

May 18,2025, via email www.jennyschiltz.org Our nervous systems are under unprecedented pressure. It’s not just the stress of daily life, but also the intensity of light flooding the collective field. For many, grounding techniques and hydration aren’t enough. The system isn’t just dysregulated; it’s overwhelmed, carrying the weight of ancestral trauma, a difficult incarnation, and […]

May 4, 2025, via email JennySchiltz.com Forget the pretty portal talk. 5/5 isn’t here to upgrade you; it’s here to strip you bare. It doesn’t want fantasy. It wants what’s real. This isn’t about becoming. It’s about remembering who we were before the programming. A truth pulse is moving through the grid, calling back every […]

April 17, 2025, via email JennySchiltz.com Something is opening this Friday, tomorrow. I’ve now dreamed it twice ~ two nights in a row ~ as if the message couldn’t risk being missed. In the dream, I was in the cosmos, watching a harmonic key turn inside a great universal door. And then it opened. What […]

April 14, 2025, via email JennySchiltz.com A new wave of light is moving through the cosmos, threading its way through the stars, the Earth, and our bodies. It is rearranging everything. It is subtle, sacred, and undeniable. You may not hear it, but you can feel it. A hum beneath the skin. A pull in […]

April 10, 2025, via email JennySchiltz.com Something vast has opened. It’s more than just a doorway—it’s a soul threshold, a luminous passage stretching across dimensions. It appears as a bridge, but not for carts or baggage. This is a walking bridge. The only thing you can carry across is you. As this bridge opens, the […]
