Good afternoon,
I have realized that my vibrations haven’t been that high and I’m not truly aligned with who I really am. I realize that I tend to take what everyone says literally and I think everyone is a Cassandra. With all of this, it makes sense why I haven’t manifested things such as my ideal line of work and my own home.
I know I have to make changes like my mental and physical diet. With physical diet, eat more natural foods and exercise more. With mental diets, I stopped watching the news and less political commentaries. COVID and the plans the Elite have for humanity hasn’t helped my mind either especially with the new vaccine mandates in the US, I’m still not going to take it because it would wreck my body. I sometimes read Christian articles and they’re all getting ready for the Rapture and the coming gulags. It reminds me when I read the news of when John Roberts got in the Supreme Court, civil rights would be turned back and racial segregation returns was a common comment I’d see. Scare mongering on both the partisan left and right.
What have you done to keep your vibrations and alignment high? How have you stopped taking people say literally?

I discount most of what I see on conventional media, and quite a bit of alternative media.
I treasure Simon Parkes, for instance, but didn’t hold out much hope that the intel from him and Charlie Ward and Mel K (and others) last week would pan out. Nope, MSM is still going, Biden announced a vaccine mandate, nothing earthshaking happened on 9/11/21 (that I’m aware of)…
The more I narrow my focus to pick and choose what I take in from outside, the more relaxed I can be. Then I can “take in” from higher vibe sources.
I finally returned the cable tv box last week after not turning on the tv since March 2020. I could’ve done it ages ago because we don’t watch tv, but better late than never.

Glad to see you here in the forum … and on top of that asking questions! Very good, because asking questions is opening up … allowing Light to flow In and Out. So in a sense this IS “Keeping your vibrations High and aligned”
What have you done to keep your vibrations and alignment high? How have you stopped taking people say literally?
The only true answer is … Oneness.
When you believe and are on a path of Knowing to Be One with All, who do you “think” the “other people” are??
“Other Beings” can only level to a maximum … your Own Current vibration!! The Highest level of this vibration Isn’t in the mental awareness, but in the Feeling, where Mental and Emotional cross and at the same point and moment the Light Out and Light In … explode and implode as Love 💕
That should answer why you need to follow … Your Feelings. That should also tell you, what the level is other people can offer you. Better to feel them than to hear them. However, they could offer you memory of past “constructions” you forgot or had yourself blinded with.
Hope you find some truth in there answers.

In stead of opening another thread for this specific topic, I looked for an existing one to match my offering.
I like to thank Vidya Frazier for bringing up this post. Why?
Because it holds a perfect example for “pushing a perception as truth”!My “comment” here today isn’t about right or wrong and most certainly not about judgement. It is all about offering self empowerment to all who are open and willing to accept.
Her particular post offers a “perceived truth” in linear past time as a cause to a familiar “problem” many observe and are familiar with as the “inner critic”.
Next comes a very “plausible” explanation based on an energy frequency of “alien suppression, being controlled, enslaved and victimized”.Now why would she do that?
Her intend is to raise hope, good news and healing!Although the intention for change and improvement are very lovely in itself … they do require the receiver to first … accept a “lower dis-empowered perception of truth” to ultimately receive the “uplifting, higher and healing” frequency of Light … she as an outside part of source is offering!!
I do hope, people can master themselves to see beyond these “problem, solution, action” creations always outside the Now and part of linear time! Every “outside in” message that requires the receiver to “lower” their own frequency in order to “solution them up next” are in reality no “healing nor higher” offerings in itself.
They are also not unconditional … because they require your consent!
Also I like to make perfectly clear, this post isn’t about criticism … but about learning and mastering your discernment to … wherever and whoever … is offering “their inner Light and intend”.

Yes, we are regularly enjoined to ‘raise our vibrations’ but what is the best way to do this? We can certainly focus on higher thoughts and emotions and better self care. I feel that the essential component, however, is to stay centered in the Heart. The mind makes everything complex but the the Heart encompasses all without reactivity or judgement. If we listen in the Heart we can intuit the soul’s knowing which is the highest truth we can embody. Living from the Heart we stay in the flow of the larger divine Life of which we are a part.

Thanks for the contributions! I have taken a look at the solutions and adapted some of them. I have also been listening to subliminals throughout my day to relax and keep focus. I still use affirmations nightly to create the better world that is coming our way. I can’t sit by and do nothing, I have to do something.
I like the article for the Inner Critic. I also don’t go on social media much. Twitter especially with pop culture discussions can get very bad. I never realized since Marvel and DC started comic book film universes some time ago that comic book films became a heated topic like politics and religion. It’s surreal to see that discussing those types of movies can be just as bad as discussing politics or religions.

Thank you for creating this thread! I have been having trouble navigating frequencies lately, and I find it quite painful at times. In my daily work life, I am surrounded by the mainstream. There are very few people in my circle who even bother to question what is going on right now, particularly with the COVID narrative. It’s bizarre – they can see and acknowledge the illogic of the decisions being made, but they are still asleep. It’s almost like some of them are able to open one eye a crack, see an intense brightness, and close their eye back up again.
Anyway, many days, I feel like in order to be present at work, I have to “step down” in frequency, which increases my anxiety to the point that my stomach hurts and I feel like jumping out of my skin I’m so antsy. I don’t know – I guess it could be the other way round, where my higher frequency in contrast to the lower frequencies around me are causing me pain. I have no idea! All I know is that I find it difficult to be at work or in any environment where the “mainstream” prevails. The only place I feel comfortable right now is in nature. I even get antsy in my house.

Are you able to listen to music at all during your day? I work at a fast food restaurant, with all those discordant energies coming and going, so music is very helpful in keeping myself calm. I do prep, so that’s why I can even listen to music at all. I don’t interact with the customers or make the food.
I don’t know the nature of your work, so it’s hard for me to think of things that I do that may work for you. If you don’t have to think too much while working, then you could daydream like I do. You could imagine your spirit guides standing beside you, holding your hand, petting your head, giving you cuddles, etc. I don’t know if that idea seems weird, I’m very physical when it comes to love and affection so my guides give me lots of hugs and kisses when I’m stressed or sad.
Something else that I learned from the sleep app that I use is to relax your tongue, relax your jaw, breathe slightly deeper than you normally would, and focus on the air in your lungs moving up and down, surrounding your heart. These techniques will trigger your parasympathetic nervous system and, when trying to sleep, help you start to fall asleep. But it can be used for relaxation during the day.

I wanted to share something that my Higher Self, Anael told me this morning. I have had relentless panic attacks since I started seeing how things in the world are really ramping up and the big events are probably gonna start within the next 6 months. I have been terrified of not surviving, or not being prepared enough. Anael came to me at work and was giving me a good pep talk.
She said, “The world stage is set, the curtain is about to open, and you’re getting stage fright. That’s all it is, Honey. You’re a magnificent actress, and you’re gonna shine on that stage; you just have stage fright. There are a lot of other people feeling unprepared too, but you’ve all rehearsed this for thousands of lifetimes.
“YOU ARE READY.
“You have to trust your future self, because she is even stronger, even wiser, even more connected to your guides.
“You can’t veer off track at this point. Your ultimate test already came and went. You thought about suicide and you said no. You are STRONG, Honey, and you will be even stronger when your time to walk on stage arrives.
“Have faith in yourself, and have faith in your future self. She has your back, and so do I.
“You are not going to die. You chose to ascend, and saying it once with conviction was all you needed to guarantee it. We’ve heard you loud and clear a million times.
“Don’t think for a second that we would just sacrifice you after all your hard work, against your will. That’s really f***ed up if you think about it. The universe is not cruel like that.
“We want you to be happy, and we want you to receive all the rewards that you rightfully deserve.
“Please take a break from reading about these world events. After you purchase your emergency supplies, you are good to go, period, full stop. There won’t be anything else that you need to keep an eye on. Keeping your vibration high will be your only task at that point. Please relax with your husband, stop being such a worry wart.
