Choice, spectrum, and the road Home
I keep returning to this basic, basic human operation and seeing it in deeper and deeper cuts.
Until such time as fear overtakes us and we’re literally “scared out of our wits,” it remains true that we all have choice.
If we didn’t, why have a universal law of free will? We’d have no will to guarantee the freedom of.
The purpose of life, as I saw it in 1987, (1) was to birth and then raise children to the One so that, when any one of them realized who they are (the One), God would meet God.
For that meeting was all of this created.
So, no, free will goes along with individuality.
I used to think that individuality was extinguished upon re-uniting with the One. But the Mother says, no, we re-emerge.
Steve: You’ve just referred to mergence have you not, or union? And you’re saying that after they return in union, they go back out into the world. Is that correct?
Divine Mother: Yes. If they so choose, yes. Now, is it in the timeline that human beings tend to think of? No. But eventually there is re-emergence. (2)
Ooooo-kay! Suck it up, Steve. There’s much more to come, I’m sure of it.
When we choose, our choices fall along a spectrum from negative, to neutral, to positive.
Of the three, negative choices can incur karma. Our negativity has to serve the Divine Plan I just outlined or we incur negative karma.
Our positive choices survive Ascension and add enjoyment to our life in the experiencing and in the positive-karmic return.
Our neutral choices allow us the space to keep moving forward. Detachment from everything impermanent promotes selflessness, which promotes the realization of our true identity as the One.
Life becomes a game of snakes and ladders, where we sometimes mount the ladder or slide down the back of the snake. Eventually we cross the finish line – now to discover that it isn’t a finish line at all, but a new beginning.

If we follow the direction life is flowing in – towards the meeting of God with God – we find that life gets better and better. The Divine Qualities we successively find ourselves in delight us more and more.
If we don’t follow it, we find that life gets worse and worse. The Mother described how it gets for a dictator. This is the way it was for Hitler – hand shaking, vacant stare, outbursts of rage, etc.:
Divine Mother: It is painful for a being that seeks power for themselves or power over another, whether it is a parent over a child, a husband over a wife, a man over an army. It matters not.
The yearning [for], the exercise of control never gives joy. The pain simply grows. And so the actions become more grotesque, larger, until the breakdown is and has [been] and will be occurring. (3)
On the other hand, love will win:
DM: Make no mistake, Sweet One, Love will win because that has been my Plan always. (4)
I thought that would come like glad news. Why are we so glum?
Because we’re in the thick of it. If this were the Second World War, we’d be supporting the troops. It is a war against darkness, a draining of the swamp. Not one we’re intended to fight, the Mother says. But we do have a vital role:
DM: I am not asking you to put yourself in harm’s way. … Those who do not want [unity] are leaving. … Go forth and rebuild, and restore, and tear down what does not serve! (5)
Tear down the belief systems born in darkness which serve only the dark. Tear down the structures the dark erected that imprison us.
As Matthew affirms, the days of darkness are coming to an end:
The day of the dictators is over and so is the day of supporting those dictators for self-serving reasons. The day of exploiting Earth’s resources without regard for environmental destruction is over, as is the day of the wealth of the world in the hands of a few. Everything based in darkness is swiftly coming to an end. (6)
We are the home front and not the military in the trenches. We are tearing down all that the darkness has built and erecting in its place light-filled structures.
The words keep pouring out, but you have more to do than reading a blog all day long. Let me stop the flow of words here, arbitrarily, and continue another time.
