Pull!
There are three ways I approach what appears to be a spiritual “problem”: Push, pull, or get out of the way. These are ways of getting through any perceived spiritual obstruction or bottleneck.
“Push” for me means breakthrough, sudden emergence, as with the dropping of my character armor. (1) We break through the envelope of fear we create when we think of issues that reactivate us.
We break through “I don’t want to go there again.” “Please don’t ask me to re-experience those feelings. Once was enough.” And so on.
We may have no experience in challenging our fears. We may not even know that such a thing is possible. Just the feeling of fear alone may undo us, such is our programming and experience.
“Pushing” is associated with encounter groups, Outward Bound, adrenalin sports, etc. It’s thought of as pushing our limits, asserting our will, challenging our body, and similar.

“Pulling” is drawing something to us. Our very yearning draws something to us. However, as Krishna reminded us, God is all that can be desired without triggering the Law of Karma. (2)
“Pull” for me means doing everything in my power to draw the desired outcome to me. That may involve meditating, sending love, etc.
Other things we can do to bring something to us include invoking the universal law, whether give and receive, as above so below, attraction, or whatever is appropriate.

Getting out of the way means identifying the voice of the ego and then refusing to be led by it. It means getting the ego out of the way, recognizing the self-serving bias when we’re in it, watching for the mirror effect (blaming others for what we’re doing ourselves), and letting them go.
It means detaching, surrendering, “getting off” something, releasing what no longer serves us.
We consult how we feel. Then match that knowledge with the “voice of conscience,” which is the Mother speaking via the heart. Yes/no. Apart from that, what we do and how we do it seems to be left up to us.
The basic movement involves (A) discriminating between the Real and the unreal, (B) detaching from the unreal, and (C) devoting ourselves to the Real.
Discrimination, detachment, and devotion are spiritual strategies; they may involve the physical body but the looked-for transformation is internal.
Two things come into play around the subject of our enlightenment, no matter what path we travel to get there. One is the fact that we are lightworkers and too much enlightenment will see us leave our service contracts and probably return home. Michael says:
Archangel Michael: iI you were to complete your full ascension, many of you would not bother to stay and finish the creation of Nova Earth.
Steve: So you really have to meter it out to us, so to speak, so as not to send us flying off into some other pursuit?
AAM: That is correct. (3)
The Divine Mother put it humorously:
If you had seen the light as it actually is – yes, a million, billion suns – you would have simply departed. …
We don’t mean die but you would have departed the life that you have designed – yes, with us – for yourself, for the service you are providing – you would have departed and simply said, ‘I do not need to do this. I will just simply sit in the bliss of love and good luck, everybody!’” (4)
She’s absolutely accurate. Bliss is betwitching!
The second thing to come into play here is that almost all of us here on Earth right now are from the angelic realms. (DD) There are some galactic visitors and Earthkeepers who may not be, but the terrestrial population is by and large angelic.
That means that, evolutionarily, we come from a realm well beyond the human sphere. We do not need the enlightenments associated with the twelve human dimensions.
After we finish here we’re conducted back to our native realms of Light. Here is Michael giving that assurance:
Now, it is not necessary for those of you, for example, who have been [angelics] to reincarnate again and again as humans because you have assumed that form, or that you have need to go through the entire process of the angelic realm. You will zoom through it. You will what we are calling leap-frog through it back to where you were, back to who you really are. (5)
So while we are demonstrating the path to human enlightenment both for others among us and as a template for future generations, we ourselves are not in need of it, in the sense that we come from Source as it is. (6)
