It isn’t just the dark side that’s beset right now.
Everyone I know is tired, on a scale from fatigued to exhausted. If they’re anything like me, they’re beset by the most negative of thoughts … well, for people who aren’t into pillaging and burning, that is.
Guilt, shame, humiliation … all the feelings we avoid having to re-experience. And the memories of events that we’d just as soon forget and have, for the most part, forgotten, blanketed in lethargy.
I mean lethargy as in forgetfulness. In ancient Greek mythology, the River of Lethe we pass over upon death is the river of forgetfulness. That’s our chief coping mechanism and we don’t take kindly to being reminded of what we’re trying to forget. (1)
The whole weight of our self-image, the whole felt need for a self-image is self-serving. (2) If we didn’t feel the need to polish our image up, we’d have no need for the inner portrait painter, who touches up this and brushes over that, the inner Grok. (3)
In my case, I do have a line that I draw in life. I have to be able to write. I don’t want so much personal contact that I haven’t the time or inner space to write. When I begin to lose that to too high a degree, I begin to draw back.
Fortunately Michael is fine with that. He’s told me so often. … may I reproduce some of what he’s said here? This – “awareness writing” – is really a hugely-important part of my life, viewed from any angle so what he says here is like my Constitution:
Archangel Michael: On the list of things to do, let [writing] always be the last thing that falls off. (4)
Steve: I know you want me to make the ultimate decision in matters of [Michaelangelo & Partners] policy but, apart from that, if I carve out a lifestyle kind and attentive to the needs of awareness writing, are you alright with that? That’s really my first love.
AAM: I am over the moon with that! You can do the writing and I will do the art and music! (5)
AAM: Writing is your metier. It is who you are. It is what you do. It is the platform that you build. So do not worry about your, shall we say, diminished enthusiasm for these other types of verbal venues [i.e., videos, podcasts, etc.]. It is simply not your preference. (6)
AAM: You are the communicator of clarity. So in all of this, [communicate your awareness through] your words, your messages, your articles, your experiences and understandings. This is your number one job. (7)
AAM: I beg of you, do not assume that when you write of what you are calling “the inner work,” that this does not have a profound effect because the focus of the leadership movement, right now is on the inner work. (8)
So, while the white-hat armed forces fight a life-and-death struggle with the forces of darkness on, below, and above ground, we, whom they serve, may be experiencing the rising of all we’ve held at arm’s length for a lifetime. Either is a cleansing, a purification – the one of Gaia, the other of ourselves.
For the dark, the wave will be an exit card. (9)
At least a century ago Bulgarian master Beinsa Douno predicted that the wave of fire would cleanse everyone. (10) The Divine Mother called that wave a “planetary heart opening.” (11) I’ve had that experience and can’t wait to have it a second time. (12)
It will be our introduction, as a world, to a love that is so fulfilling, so satisfying that, with nothing else added, no other changes made, the world will instantly work for us.
Awareness writing will be coin of the realm then.
