Who doesn’t love a good mystery novel? A fun rainy day snuggled up and read from cover to cover.
An exploration of the fictitious world that captivates the imagination, satisfies the senses of intrigue and then answers all the questions bringing further gratification.
We get so much satisfaction from solving mysteries.
We get so much satisfaction from knowing the answers to things.
The cloak and dagger life of fiction novels are not always fiction.
Most of us here are fully aware that the real world is steeped in conspiracy.
Anything that appears as a mystery to one person is most certainly known by another.
That does not necessarily constitute a conspiracy.
But something that has been planned by someone and is intentionally kept secret is most certainly conspiratorial.
Who on earth would have secrets that they try to keep from others?
Okay you caught me. Sarcasm screams from that statement.
Maybe a better question would be, who doesn’t keep secrets?
If only a tiny secret, we all have things we keep guarded and may only let a few people know about.
It may be something that we only tell our therapist as the contents of our closet remain private.
But what about the big secrets?
The big Conspiracies.
We are all aware the world runs on conspiracies.
The world is one giant huge conspiracy. Pick any subject.
There is no telling of this story from cover to cover in a day.
Glaring fact, We may not learn the answers to all our burning questions in our lifetime.
Gratification has been sparse for those that see conspiracy and try to inform others.
The rejection has been harsh and often heart breaking.
But among conspiracy theorists it has been an eye opening period filled with ah-ha moments and connecting dots.
We find each other and share in the knowledge as comradery that brings us satisfaction in knowing we are not alone.
We have found solidarity and have united in debunking some of the world’s most guarded secrets.
‘They’ are not happy with ‘us’.
They are trying to stop us from sharing this knowledge.
How then to break up the group of conspiracy theorists that are a threat to the plotting and scheming?
Divide and separate. Pick them off one by one.
Give them cause to blame each other. Bribe them. Blackmail them.
Do everything and anything to discredit them and keep the secrets secret.
Make them have secrets and turn the tables.
Turn the non-believers against them some more.
Call them names and then redefine the name in search engines so that they are the very definition of what is wrong.
Playing dirty and having no morals is the most excellent way to keep a secret.
Keeping secrets is hard. And yet we all do it.
Why?
Some of us do it in order to save ourselves.
Many of us do it so that we spare another.
Is omitting the truth really a lie?
Do NDA’s make us legal liars ?
Right or wrong, there is always a reason.
And essentially we are all liars at some level.
Do you still tell your kids about Santa Claus or the Tooth fairy?
Seriously, are any of us pure?
Governments do it so that they operate without interference.
That cloak and dagger world operates in life and death.
This is the conspiratorial world that we all want to expose.
This is the world of lies that we have had our fill and don’t want to take it anymore.
Is the current administration expected to function under our ideals?
Or does it need to continue this cloak and dagger facade?
Which side will benefit from full transparency?
Can we accept that some secrets have a purpose that better serve left in place?
Whose interests will be served if Full transparency is implemented incorrectly?
Is that how you would play a game of chess?
This is the fog of War.
Secrets, distraction, mis-direction are irritatingly important tools of the game.
This is the long game. A marathon not a sprint.
The whistleblowers and truthers of the world are brave, courageous people. And we need them.
I do not accept the tactics being played to silence them.
But I can clearly see that the game is afoot on all sides of the issue.
My solace is in knowing that the answers will be revealed at some point.
That point may be at the end of the chapter or when it is time to close the book altogether.
No matter how the dots get connected we will still all have different truths.
As dramas go, this is definitely at a crescendo.
Now is the time to stay in solidarity.
Do not fall into the traps ‘they’ set for us.
Now is the time to breathe in and release all of the love that one can muster.
Stay out of the drama. Stay in faith.
Pray for the fallen. Follow the path that your heart calls you to.
With the light that love provides, find peace.
