Divine Ones,
We greet you in love. We are here now in such a way as to open up within you your own awareness of the light that is at the very basis of your being; your true Self.
Living as the light that you are, this infinite, limitless, luminous light takes some faith. Your world teaches all of you so many things that are, in essence, some variation of limitation, lack, and conditional approval. You are taught to look outside of yourself. To pay attention to how other people feel about you, what they say, how to react and very early on you learn to tune yourself to these outer judges, and in order to feel safe, and happy and loved, you try very hard, in general to please them.
Now, so many years later, that conditioning is at last being dissolved. But you have to participate in this for it to be dissolved fully and not simply repeatedly reinstated. You have to decide you’re willing to see things differently, to see yourself differently, to think and feel differently about yourself and to make yourself RIGHT as you are — that would be our suggestion.
We would encourage you to make yourself right, unconditionally, all the time.
No matter what you are doing and how it measures up to yours or another person’s ideals or standards or expectations, we would decide right here and right now that you are always going to honor yourself and always believe you are doing your best and that who you are, is always enough and worthy of anything you desire.
Wouldn’t that be liberating? That is the point, friends. And of course the deeper reason we are suggesting this to you is that it’s TRUE. You are always enough. You do the best you can given where you are at, in consciousness, and vibrationally, moment to moment to moment. And where you are at, in consciousness and vibrationally, gives you access to certain thoughts, certain feelings, and those things drive your choices and your behavior.
The point is, you are here to express yourself and in order to fulfill that intention you must decide to be yourself. Only you can empower that. Only you can know if you’re living in a way that feels right to you, feels harmonious with you, feels aligned for you. You are the only one who can choose what you focus on and how you focus upon it. When you give something your attention and when you withdraw your attention, these are choices. Yes, sometimes it doesn’t feel that much like you have that freedom of choice, but you do, it’s just easier sometimes than others to remember that and to choose in ways that serve you. But you do have the option, always. And that Beloved Ones, is the key to your empowerment.
We want you to understand something essential: you always have choices. Always. But these choices are not determining whether you are lovable. They are not determining whether you are worthy. They are not moral judgments about you, nor are they measures of your value.
They are simply creative decisions.
They are decisions about what you will focus upon, what you will energize, what you will make part of your lived experience.
You are not choosing between being “good” or “bad,” worthy or unworthy. You are choosing between different experiences. Different emotional tones. Different energetic pathways.
And this is enormously freeing when you truly see it. You are not trying to earn love. You are not trying to prove yourself. You are not trying to secure your worth.
Your significance is implicit.
Your choices simply shape what unfolds.
How you focus determines how you feel. It’s an expression of what you value, and what you’re giving your attention to you are investing in and making part of your experience. You’ve probably heard the saying, that “you are what you eat?” Well it’s sort of like that. You become an energetic match for what you pay attention to and giving your attention to things tunes your energy to them.
So if you like how you feel when you’re focused on something, then keep paying attention to it. If focusing on something makes you feel free, and confident and eager and capable, then keep investing in that.
If the thoughts and feelings you have when you’re focused on and giving your attention to things, make you feel happy to be you and proud of yourself and so satisfied by your life, then keep giving your attention to that. If focusing on something makes you feel deeply loved, and so appreciative, and so happy and so fulfilled and satisfied, then keep giving it your attention.
Things that feel like this, serve you.
You are here to remember who you truly are, and live from that knowing.
You came here in this time of enormous evolutionary change, to be a way shower, a forerunner, a path finder. Someone willing to see things differently and willing to wake up and tap into who you truly are, evolve, release, change, transform, and then? Create! Align! Elevate in consciousness and perspective.
You are doing this beautifully. Know that and feel good about yourself.
Know that and feel tremendous peace and joy in the way you are living.
Nothing matters more than you seeing how magnificent you truly are and loving yourself unconditionally.
If we were embodied as you are and could chose one thing to prioritize, we would prioritize loving ourselves — day in day out being immensely loyal and loving to ourselves. We suggest you do this. We go further now by saying: doing this will set you free.
Your Divine Self, the fullness of your being is FILLED with love FOR YOU, day in day out. If you want to experience Oneness it begins by becoming One with the vastness of your being. Living multidimensionally and allowing unity of Spirit. So you loving you brings you into resonance with who you truly are, the Infinite, Divine, eternal you, who is loving, loving, loving, loving, loving, loving YOU. Endlessly. And with tremendous enthusiasm!
What if you decided today that you would use this day to be as nice and kind to yourself as possible?
What if today, you were to look for reasons to celebrate yourself? What if you were willing today, to notice all the things you do that you love doing and feel wonderful about them? What if, today, you were so warm and so filled with giving yourself the benefit of the doubt, that no matter what felt right to you, you let yourself be and do that. You trusted what felt right and chose to believe in your own inner knowing.
What if you were to be and do that, with a sense of complete ease and permission and trust in that being the best possible thing you could do for yourself and for All That Is.
We really want you to begin to deeply know that your joy matters, your alignment matters and you LOVING YOU,matters the absolute most.
And it’s really not hard to love yourself at all, especially if you decide to love yourself just because you can. Unconditionally.
It’s conditional love that’s hard.
What’s hard is trying to meet those conditions and listen to the inner voices you picked up on and installed, unconsciously and all of that is IMPOSSIBLE. Because meeting external standards will never be a sustainable thing you or anyone can accomplish.
But learning how to accept yourself and believe in yourself and just be willing to love yourself unconditionally just because you can — because you are innately a LOVER and it feels so, so very good to LOVE? That you can do.
And it’s so wonderful to love and like and be nice to yourself. It’s so peaceful and soothing to believe in yourself, to think the best of yourself, to choose the joyful, feel-good thoughts about yourself and your life. It might not feel real to you at first, but if you keep choosing these thoughts and choosing to love yourself this will become natural and normal for you. You’ll become an unabashed lover of YOU. And we really like that idea.
Thoughts like, “I’m amazing!” and “I can do that.” Or “Wow I love how I handled that.” Or, thoughts like, “If I want to lie down right now, my body must be making me aware that lying down is the best choice right now, so I’m going to lie down. Sweet!” Or, “Where I am is so amazing! I am always in the right place for me. I’m right on time. Never behind. Always where I need to be, how cool is that?”
Thoughts like, “Today was a good day.” Thoughts like, “I really like this about me.” Thoughts like, “I’ve come so far and learned so much and I’m so glad I get to be here now especially since I’m letting myself now do what feels best to me, what feels right to me, in the moment. I’m deciding now, to trust myself, which means I just have to tune into what I’m feeling and knowing in the moment and act from that.”
Friends — these simple choices, this simple willingness to see yourself and think about yourself differently — unconditionally, can give you so much pleasure! That’s what we see for you on this path of unfolding love — Oneness with your Divine Self and you feeling so much ease and joy and pleasure and relaxation and satisfaction. So much outrageous joy~!
And this joy? It’s alignment. It’s allowing. It empowers you to receive — clarity, synchronicities, well-being, abundance, auspicious connections, and opportunities, inner knowing, and more.
Everything you want in life is on the other side, of this simple decision to make peace with yourself, here and now, and forever. Think of it as a choice you’ll learn to live and get better and better at living.
You can do this! You are a born lover! Nothing feels better to you, than to be in a state of love. Feeling love. Flowing love. Emanating love. It’s pure inner harmony and peace. It’s the nature of who you are, the very basis of your being.
Now, then, feel into it — the quality of flowing love and being love, and feeling love. You might close your eyes, slightly and smile, tuning into that frequency, that channel of energy and light and awareness that is LOVINGNESS. And as you do that, you become One with who you truly are. Unity of Spirit IS. And life unfolding from that state of multidimensional allowing, alignment and Oneness, is the key to everything wonderful.
And then, turn this beaming love onto yourself. It’s okay if it’s not effortless this first time, but try it again later today, and then again before you go to bed, and then again tomorrow morning. Keep at it. Each time you focus in this way, you come into Oneness, Unity of Spirit, and the consciousness of your Divine Self is beaming at you this way already. Do this repeatedly and you’ll discover you can let yourself go and All That You Are will draw you upward into luminous loving light and flow to you, in abundance and that feeling? That’s exquisite.
You loving you. It’s everything.
And in these times? It’s strength, stability, empowerment, inner peace, well-being, security.
An oasis that nourishes and feeds you.
See how it feels to you, to live this way.
And see if what we say is true – that this gets easier and easier and then somehow feels natural and right and beautiful. See if that outrageous joy and a soaring feeling of ease and empowerment, well-being and a sense of your true capacity, do not arise within you and emanate steadily from within the core of your being, from aligning in this way.
This is the natural way of being yourself Beloved Ones, here, now, and filled with so much love, and so much light.
We see you living this. And we’re just connecting this moment now, to that reality, which already exists.
Let it pour into you and meet you.
