Federal Court Overrules Judge Who Held Trump Officials in Contempt Over Venezuelan Deportations

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit reversed a contempt order issued by District Judge James Boasberg concerning the Trump administration’s expedited deportations of Venezuelan nationals under the Alien Enemies Act.

The three-judge panel vacated the lower court’s finding, representing a key victory for the administration.

Judges Gregory Katsas and Neomi Rao, appointed by President Trump during his first term, formed the majority.

Judge Cornelia Pillard, appointed by former President Barack Obama, dissented.

The ruling questioned Judge Boasberg’s authority to hold Trump administration officials in contempt for continuing deportations of illegal immigrants, despite his emergency order to halt them, The Gateway Pundit reports.

It was July 17 at Guantanamo Bay, and convicted felon and inmate James Boasberg wasn’t having an enjoyable day. Then again, an imminent trip to the gallows seldom engenders feelings of merriment and optimism; the rope has humbled the most obstinate Deep Staters, and Boasberg was no exception.

As reported previously, Boasberg was convicted of treason on July 11 and sentenced to hang to death.

BREAKING: Judge Boasberg Orders Release of Documents Related to Jack Smith Classified Docs Case and Trump’s Attorney-Client Privilege Fight

Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg ordered the release of documents related to Jack Smith’s classified documents case and President Trump’s attorney-client privilege dispute.

Jack Smith used a DC grand jury – and a radical Marxist Obama-appointed DC judge (Beryl Howell) in the classified docs case before quietly roving down to Florida to file the charges.

Judge Beryl Howell ruled against Trump at every turn!

In fact, Judge Howell previously ordered Trump’s lawyer Evan Corcoran to testify before a grand jury in special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago.

Judge Howell flipped Trump’s own lawyer Eric Corcoran into a witness when she obliterated Trump’s attorney-client privilege in a ruling.

Jack Smith had been using a grand jury in DC to investigate Trump’s classified documents case.

Out of nowhere, a Florida grand jury popped up and indicted Trump.

This is the first time I’ve known that there must have been a switch. How know? Because we have a reliable report of Judge Boasberg’s demise before us.

But multiply this situation by dozens – Hollywood stars, political figures, military leaders, etc., etc., where we don’t know who’s alive and who’s dead.

And why are we not acknowledging the dead? What purpose does it serve?

And what does it mean to have a clone or a stand-in running our governments? How much of what they say are we obligated to obey or honor?

In my view, Boasberg is gone. The judicial league he was building is being taken apart one judge (sometimes more) at a time.

We’re watching the collapse of a plot to overthrow President Trump, in this case by judicially hamstringing him. I see that as overturning the will of the people, undermining the constitutionality of government.

Soon the takedown of the cabal will be in full gear. We’re not-so-gradually ramping up to it.

President Trump has cordoned off the capital and broken down a few doors – and tunnels – I can’t imagine that not hurting the deep state, even more than the QFS and Starlink have already. (1)

I’d think that his takeover would mark the end of the London/Vatican/Washington triangle, if it isn’t broken already. Add to this the takeover of the Federal Reserve and IRS.

These events are historic and yet they’re only part of larger events – part of a consciousness shift that is beyond historic. (2)

The temptation is to say, it’s all gotten way too complicated. I’m going to tune out until something big happens.

That’s OK. No harm, no foul. But you’ll be missing out on following day by day the most magnificent event/process that you and I will probably ever witness … or at least for a very long time.
