Checking in to see how everyone is doing.
I could have used another hour of sleep but other than that I am doing okay.
We had a full moon last night and that is always an issue with my sleep but as it turned out, it actually wasn’t a bad night for me.
I can’t blame the moon this time.
Elsewhere in the world things may not be going so well.
I wish everyone well and send my best no matter your circumstance.
There is plenty going awry, but I would like to send energy to what is going well too.
As humans We often tend to focus on what is wrong.
It’s nice once and a while to give a shout out to what is going right.
The thing about that is that when things are going well it doesn’t receive a whole lot of attention because when it’s going the way it’s supposed to, it keeps going.
How often do we stop what we are doing and look back and say, “that right there, that moment went well, let’s give it some recognition”?
It is much more likely we use speed bumps as markers, and stumble along in-between problem solving events.
History is retold by regurgitation dates and titles of significant conflicts.
Even obscure wars get more attention than healing or promoters of benevolent programs.
Solving a problem is what we do best.
We are good at wrapping our minds around something and creating solutions.
Then we ruin it by implementing policy or making a new set of rules so that particular problem can be circumvented next time around.
Next thing you know we have multiple rules regulating what we do and how we can behave.
Solutions get branded and people try to own the idea that gave us an answer.
Next step in the process is that we don’t get to have a problem/ solution on our own.
We have to pay someone to give us the information. Or we get regulated when implementing the solution.
Control goes to the extreme and gets presented as ‘for our safety’ in blanket policy void of review of the situation..
I don’t know about anybody else but I have had it with the idea that somebody else needs to keep me safe from making my own mistakes.
‘Be safe’ , ‘Stay safe’ and ‘drive safely’, have become our parroted responses to show concern.
Thank you. I know that you care.
If I fail, let me fail. That is the number one teacher on the planet.
If I succeed, let me succeed.
Oh and by the way, don’t try to tax me because I was able to do something well.
In the emerging world, one of the changes I would like to see implanted for us all to be able to live freely.
Free doesn’t need to mean people with good ideas are taken advantage of.
The freedom to be able to have an idea and benefit from it is great. Being able to share that idea as it may be a benefit to someone else., also great
But do we need to protect it from being used or would you be willing to share your idea if it benefits someone else?
Or can someone else have the same idea and we support them too?
Can we not punish people for having the same idea?
And can we have enough integrity not to intentionally make a profit from someone else’s idea?
We can all share the same ideas. But for one to own it while another is regulated, taxed or denied access to it, is tainted in fearful programming.
This idea of competition fueled by ownership and for profit, then regulated for our safety has created a society of uptight self-protective competitive backstabbing arrogant victims in survival mode.
In America we call it business as usual. But for the record, we don’t own arrogance.
We are known for it and we have been branded as arrogant.
I would say the action of arrogance isn’t owned by anyone.
As an idea it is free to be worn by anyone anywhere.
That river right there, where the whole city gets its water. It should be free. Why do we have to pay for water? The river belongs to everyone. I get needing to pay for the infrastructure. But once that is paid for the maintenance and upgrades should be the only cost. Why do we get charged by the gallon? Why do they put chemicals in it?
That sky right there, that’s the air we breathe. Why do we do things that pollute it? Aren’t there ideas out there that would help keep our planet healthy? Provide a better way of living? Why would some feel it’s okay to cause harm or profit off of others basic needs?
I started out wanting to talk about praise and have arrived at blame and shame.
In a way they are the two sides of the same coin.
When things go well we give praise. When things go wrong we point out what is to blame and then implement shame as regulation.
But we don’t focus on what went right often enough and so it ends up being a society focused on blame and shame.
And then policy gets enforced for our own safety. To protect us from ourselves.
How do we break this cycle?
When we accept that energy is all around us.
This may seem like a strange connection, but is it really?
Energy as the force of life surrounding everything we do.
It is free. It is part of each of us. We are part of it.
Energy is information. Information is free.
Ideas, thoughts as energy flow around us, in between us.
We exchange energy without trying, without ownership.
It is Source. It is universal and it is Cosmic in origin.
We all benefit. We all contribute.
When I stand in your energy and you fail at something.
I feel your failure.
I feel your energy.
I send you love and hope you can fix what you need in order to be successful.
When you succeed, I feel your energy.
I feel your love.
Then, I succeed through that exchange.
It’s in all our best interest that each of us does well.
This is how it really works.
The rest is just drama. The hamster wheel of the matrix.
Control through regulation and taxation designed to keep us safe is a false paradigm.
Instead it keeps us rigid and in competition for what should be free flowing and natural.
It taints and poisons what is pure and essential for an unfettered healthy connection with source, our planet and each other.
Source as energy and love in the purity of thought feeds us in order to live well.
Can we put drama aside?
I want the best for you. I want the best for me.
And that is part of how I give to you.
We are going to do well today.
I can just feel it.
With all my best
