By now we may be seeing that the vaccines are intended to create a vehicle for mind control, for eliminating the immune system, and for killing on a mass scale – that is, to depopulate the globe and render the survivors controllable.

Quebec Premier François Legault announced the province will apply a “significant” financial penalty for residents who refuse to get vaccinated against COVID-19 for non-medical reasons.
The premier made the announcement at a news conference Tuesday afternoon, describing the measure as a “health-care contribution,” though the exact amount has not yet been determined.
The province is consulting with the finance minister and its legal advisers about implementing the measure, but Legault already said $50 or $100 “is not significant” enough for him.
The tax would apply to all adults in Quebec who refuse to get their first dose of the vaccine “in the next few weeks,” according to the premier. People who have medical exemptions to vaccination will not have to pay the tax.
The unvaccinated “will have a bill to pay because there are consequences on our health-care network and it’s not up to all Quebecers to pay for this,” the premier said.
“It’s a question of equity because right now, these people, they put a very important burden on our health-care network. And I think it’s normal that the majority of the population is asking that there be a consequence,” he continued.
“And yes, we will continue to look at spreading the use of the vaccine passport, but I think we have to go further.”
QUEBECERS THREATEN COURT CHALLENGE
In a Facebook group for thousands of unvaccinated Quebecers, people described the move as “psychological warfare” and said they wanted to challenge it in court.

Author: I missed this study. So did the mainstream media for some reason. But this study is yet another independent analysis that is difficult to refute: we have been misled by the CDC, FDA, and NIH.

The next time you see your county health officer, President Biden, or Boris Johnson, why not ask them if they can find a mistake in this study by Kyle A. Beattie entitled Worldwide Bayesian Causal Impact Analysis of Vaccine Administration on Deaths and Cases Associated with COVID-19: A BigData Analysis of 145 Countries (the PDF version is here).
The study found that the COVID vaccines cause more COVID cases per million (+38% in US) and more deaths per million associated with COVID (+31% in US).
The abstract says:
The statistically significant and overwhelmingly positive causal impact after vaccine deployment on the dependent variables total deaths and total cases per million should be highly worrisome for policy makers. They indicate a marked increase in both COVID-19 related cases and death due directly to a vaccine deployment that was originally sold to the public as the “key to gain back our freedoms.” The effect of vaccines on total cases per million and its low positive association with total vaccinations per hundred signifies a limited impact of vaccines on lowering COVID-19 associated cases.
These results should encourage local policy makers to make policy decisions based on data, not narrative, and based on local conditions, not global or national mandates. These results should also encourage policy makers to begin looking for other avenues out of the pandemic aside from mass vaccination campaigns.

Documents released by Project Veritas appear to show that gain-of-function research proposed by an agency later funded through Dr. Anthony Fauci’s agency was rejected by the military in 2018 as too risky.
As a result, “#Expose Fauci” topped the list of Twitter’s trending hashtags in the U.S. as of 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.

“Who at DARPA made the decision to bury the original report? They could have raised red flags to the Pentagon, the White House, or Congress, which may have prevented this entire pandemic that has led to the deaths of 5.4 million people worldwide and caused much pain and suffering to many millions more,” Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe said.
The documents, labeled “startling” by Project Veritas, reportedly come from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. Project Veritas alleges they were “hidden in a top-secret shared drive.”
The documents appear to show that in January 2018, DARPA was seeking to fund proposals that offered ways to prevent potential pathogenic threats to U.S. forces.
EcoHealth Alliance responded with a proposal to work with bat coronaviruses in China on a project it called Defuse, according to the forms.
A document from Marine Corps Maj. Joseph Murphy, a former DARPA Fellow, appears to note that the proposal, which was rejected, was eerily similar to what was actually done by EcoHealth in China, and suggests that the two are separate parts of one stream of research that was supported by American taxpayers.
Murphy’s multi-page report lays out his concerns over the research that took place and connects the dots from what was rejected to what was actually done when funded from another pot of taxpayer dollars.
A document released by Project Veritas titled “Rejection of Defuse Project Proposal” called the idea “gain of function research,” which takes place when a virus that occurs naturally is made more lethal in a laboratory.
It noted that one “significant weakness” of the EcoHealth proposal was that it “does not mention or assess potential risks of Gain of Function (GoF) research.”
“The proposal hardly addresses or discusses ethical, legal, and social issues (ELSI),” the rejection added.
“It is clear that the proposed DEFUSE project led by Peter Daszak could have put local communities at risk by failing to consider the following issues: Gain of Function; Dual Use Research of Concern; Vaccine epitope coverage; Regulatory requirements; ELSI (ethical, legal, and social issues); Data Usage,” the rejection concluded.

Last year, National Institutes of Health Principal Deputy Director Lawrence Tabak informed a leading House Republican lawmaker that the agency funded gain-of-function experiments on bat coronaviruses in China after over a year of denials from the agency’s leadership.
Tabak said that its grantee, EcoHealth Alliance, first notified the NIH in August that it conducted the gain-of-function experiments with the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China between June 2018 and May 2019.
The National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, led by Fauci, approved the EcoHealth Alliance research grant in China, which involved the transfer of $600,000 to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Fauci has insisted since the outset of the pandemic in early 2020 that his agency did not fund gain-of-function research in China.
DARPA Chief of Communications Jared Adams said the shielding of documents “doesn’t sound normal to me.”
“If something resides in a classified setting, then it should be appropriately marked,” Adams said. “I’m not at all familiar with unmarked documents that reside in a classified space, no.”

I’m Morgan Wallace. I’m a 10-year employee of New Hanover County [hospital].
I was your last line of defense with Covid.
We ran your heart and lungs outside your body with your chest open while you were bleeding on the floor, and what I realized was that patients were needlessly dying because of government’s withheld policies for treating Covid.
Everyone who died with Covid should be considered murdered. Early treatment has always been effective.
I walked out of the hospital on the mandate day. I have my own practice and I am the only person in town treating Covid patients prior to hospitalization.
I also watched the entire staff at the hospital including in my unit get vaccinated and then get Covid.
Amongst all other kinds of ailments, you have now loaded your body with millions of spike proteins and you are a ticking time bomb for cancer, blood clots, and whatever kind of ailment may come up in your body.
And I’m tired of hearing people go and ask doctors can they be treated for Covid, and their only option is a vaccine, or go home, or go into the hospital where you’re not going to make it out.
I’ll be happy to treat any one of you for Covid prior to going to the hospital because early treatment has always worked. I’m a member of the FLCCC Alliance, NC Physicians for Freedom and the Medical Freedom Summit.
And I would ask you all to please stop choosing fear and putting masks on our kids.
The vaccine is not gonna work, early treatment has always worked, and government mismanagement of patients is why people have died.
And families have realized this and they are rising up and they are going to come after governments and the hospital.
I was highly decorated and highly respected at New Hanover. I was the November 2020 employee of excellence and I had a job opportunity this year from the chief medical director at this hospital and I chose to walk out and stand up for what is right.
So putting these masks on our kids is not going to help, nor is vaccination, and we all need to realize that.

Open Letter to Cornell President: Do the Right Thing, End Booster Mandate

The authors of the petition argued Cornell’s own data highlights that vaccination, even with the booster, has very limited capability in stopping virus transmission.
They pointed out that in December 2021, Cornell identified more than 1,600 COVID positive cases with every case of the Omicron variant to date found in fully vaccinated students, a portion of whom had also received a booster shot.
The petition states:
“As so many students test positive [for COVID], they are, in essence, receiving a natural booster based on the very latest variants of the virus. And yet, Cornell is ignoring the natural immunity in these students and mandating a booster injection based on older variants, which Cornell knows is ineffective at stopping the spread of Covid-19 in the Cornell community.”
Last week, more than 300 Boston College parents, students, alumni, faculty and staff signed a petition to the college’s president, Fr. William Leahy, opposing the college’s recently instituted one-size-fits-all COVID booster mandate because it fails to recognize natural immunity.
Cornell and Boston College are among the many elite universities and colleges now mandating an indiscriminate COVID-19 “booster” vaccine for all, said Dr. Hooman Noorchashm M.D, Ph.D., a physician-scientist and advocate for ethics, patient safety and women’s health.
“The serious trouble is that a substantial number of people in these academic institutions are already vaccinated young and otherwise healthy individuals who carry powerful ‘hybrid immunity’ from a prior or recent COVID-19 infection.
“Re-vaccinating these very robustly immune individuals, by administrative mandate, is a dangerous medical and ethical proposition — because it is medically unnecessary and risks clinical harm.”

Dear President Pollack and Cornell Board of Trustees,
We are students, parents, alumni, faculty, and staff of Cornell University. We are grateful for Cornell’s efforts at keeping students and the Ithaca community safe during this pandemic. As concerned members of the global Big Red family, we write this open letter to express our strong opposition to Cornell’s Covid-19 booster mandate. In light of new data available about both the vaccine and the virus, we urge you to change the “mandate” to a “recommendation” based on the factors outlined below.
We appreciate that the booster mandate and new procedures for the spring term stem from the good intention to prevent severe illness. But as with any public health policy, many factors — scientific, ethical, and legal — must be considered and weighed. We are concerned that Cornell, in issuing this booster mandate, has overlooked recent and evolving scientific data regarding the vaccine and the virus that makes a booster mandate inappropriate and unnecessary, raising serious ethical and legal questions.
In December 2021, Cornell identified over 1,600 Covid-19 positive cases with “every case of the Omicron variant to date [being] found in fully vaccinated students, a portion of whom had also received a booster shot.” Cornell’s own data highlights that vaccination, even with the booster, has very limited capability in stopping virus transmission.
A similar conclusion has been reached by CDC’s research: vaccinated people seem to transmit Covid-19 similarly to unvaccinated people. The virus will continue to be transmitted among our highly vaccinated campuses. In a recent campus-wide email, Cornell explicitly acknowledged the impossibility of containing or eliminating Omicron, the flu, or other respiratory illnesses, which is why it will “shift from counting positive cases.” Cornell is fully aware that vaccines and booster injections cannot stop the spread of Covid-19.
As so many students test positive, they are, in essence, receiving a natural booster based on the very latest variants of the virus. And yet, Cornell is ignoring the natural immunity in these students and mandating a booster injection based on older variants, which Cornell knows is ineffective at stopping the spread of Covid-19 in the Cornell community.
This decision is counter to science and seems like it was made less to promote students’ health and more to achieve some other unstated goal of the administration. Otherwise, why require a booster injection that is ineffective, and potentially dangerous, for students who are naturally contracting and fighting off a virus that many scientists believe is becoming more endemic than pandemic?
Mounting evidence points to serious risks from exposure to the Covid-19 vaccines. The latest scientific research shows that Covid-19 vaccine side effects such as myocarditis, thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome, and pericarditis are more common in young people than we think (see references 1-5 listed below).
Recently, an Oxford-conducted study of men under the age of 40 demonstrated that the risk of myocarditis after one dose mRNA exceeds the risk of myocarditis from an actual Covid-19 infection. Even more alarmingly, the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) indicates that there were over 15,000 Covid-19 vaccine related death cases in 2021, compared with the previous average of 158 vaccine related deaths per year (Pre-Covid-19), in the context of a yearly total of 280 million injections and 70 different vaccines. This data shows that, compared to other vaccines, Covid-19 injections carry around 100 times the risk of death.
Why force such risks on our students when the rate of severe Covid-19 illness in the 16 to 40 year age group is exceedingly low? Newer variants appear to pose a near-zero risk of death for college students. Data now shows that the vaccine itself can pose more risk to young people than the virus itself, and repeated injections only increase those risks without any discernible reduction in the spread of the virus.
All students are individuals, each someone’s child with unique medical, psychological, and emotional needs. Indeed, as the CDC has recognized, “people aged 18-64 years who are at increased risk for COVID-19 exposure and transmission because of occupational or institutional setting may receive a booster shot of Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months after their Pfizer-BioNTech primary series, based on their individual benefits and risks” (emphasis added). With its blanket mandate, Cornell seems to be interpreting eligibility as a directive, ignoring both the science and CDC’s own guidance regarding individual benefits and risks.
The power differential between the university and students, which Cornell briefly acknowledged last year, raises serious ethical issues. In addition to the risk of side effects and death, Cornell’s injection mandate can trigger generational trauma in some students from intrusive, experimental, and other medically questionable procedures.
For many students, the coercive nature of a third injection, after being told that they needed only two injections to attend Cornell, is contributing to psychological distress and emotional disorientation about future academic, social, and professional potential. We are seeing staggering mental health problems on campus and beyond. At this point in the pandemic, after nearly two years of following constantly changing rules, we would do right by our students to give them control over whether they receive additional doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
That is why we believe that the question of whether a student should receive a third (or fourth or fifth) booster must be answered individually by each student, in consultation with a medical professional or doctor, rather than by school administrators.
Considering new data on the virus and the vaccine, the university may very well cause disability or death by imposing further vaccine requirements, and it will have to bear the responsibility. Please do the right thing, and end this unnecessary and unethical mandate.
