Very little intelligence is being shared at this important juncture.
One of the hold-ups around the Reval is cleaning out bankers who are trying to place restrictive measures on bank withdrawals, funding choices, etc., to hold onto and maintain control of Reval monies.
These folks and others with fraudulent plans, which are only becoming visible as the Reval gets underway, are being identified and arrested.
For some people the Reval is just a chance to make a killing. Unfortunately they can occupy high positions in all echelons. I think we need to expect delays caused by them while wishing for a speedy process.
Often we think, how can there be a delay this late in the process? Well, because the process in question – the Reval – is being activated and the fraudulent projects are coming alive in response.
