You know that Archangel Michael wants us to lead. On April 16, 2015, he said:
Archangel Michael: If no [lightworker] steps forward into [leadership] then there is a massive vacuum because many of the billions upon your planet have not yet learned, adapted and integrated the new tools – the fullness of this new energy.
So [when non-lightworkers] are assigned … or try to step up … to create and to take the leadership role, they do not have the training and insight to do it in a way that is achievable. … So there is a lack, a vacuum of leadership.
Now, who, upon this wondrous planet, has been hiding in the shadows or edging out, or is in the limelight and is ready? … Who has been diligent and practiced patience and fortitude and stamina, and anchored the divine qualities? Who is it that is prepared to do this? Well, it is the lightworkers. (1)
The Divine Mother has also issued us her invitation:
Divine Mother: Build what is divinely beautiful. I give you my divine authority to do so. I will guide you. I will help you. But I entrust this to you as well. …
We are helping you. That gateway is open and you are being flooded and you are being assisted and you will be assisted every step of the way. (2)
Meanwhile, I’m busy in the background gathering quotes and making books – one on the subject of leadership.
Let me borrow from that book some of the more interesting discussions. The format is not elegant. The books are rough and ready.
The first is on Michael’s contention that leaders are needed.
Leaders are Needed
Archangel Michael: It is not about the old realm of control or greed, or anything like that. It is that in order for the plan to be unfolding, in order for the practical building blocks (which is what you’re asking for – money) to be in place, there has need to be a very strong re-assumption of leadership. …
Leadership is necessary and it does not mean better than. (3)
What is the New Paradigm of Leadership?
[The new paradigm] is leadership with love. (4)
Leadership … is not telling people what to do. It is role modelling. (5)
Leadership is the role modelling of love, of consideration, but of clarity. (6)
Does there need to be a General? Yes. Does there need to be someone who says yay or nay? Yes. But it is collaborative. It is based on values. It is based on an adherence to those values far beyond simply signing a contract. (7)
The leadership who are the stewards are the ones who are holding the vision and leading the way so all of this can occur in an orderly – well, our idea of orderly; the Mother’s idea of orderly – fashion so that it does not create further chaos, further turmoil, further upheaval.
Now it is upheaval but what we would call it is “upliftment.” What we would call it, instead of revolution, is spiritual advancement, evolution. But happening in terms of what humanity is used to at a fairly rapid pace. (8)
The drama, the chaos, the old Third Dimension can be exceptionally seductive. It is not only familiar. It is tried and true. That is why it has endured for so long and why so many fully embraced it with arms, legs, bodies, and minds.
So will there be situations where you catch yourself flirting with the old Third? Yes, my friends, there will be and what do I ask you to do? I ask you to take out your sword and shield, to deflect it, to cut it away and then with me and with each other to laugh, not in a cynical, sarcastic way and not in a way that is dismissive because this is not about being dismissive and saying, “Oh don’t worry, that’s all right.” But it is also not critical.
It is observing, standing, saying “Whoa, that was a close call. Look what we were doing?” And then individually and collectively going forward, adhering not to what I lay out to you, not to what the Mother or the Universe or the Universal Law lays out to you but to what you know is the Truth of conscious loving behavior.
It is what your hearts, your minds, and your bodies yearn for. This is the most significant shift of all. It is the ability of you who have chosen to be stewards or leaders to show the way. And that is how you do it.
So it is not training. It is not giving each other permission to slip up now and then. It is by very consciously, not in a restricted way but in a full-hearted embracing way, going forward together. Is that helpful? (9)
Tomorrow Michael urges us to avoid making the leadership of our organizations hierarchical.
