I’d like to expand on a comment I added to Vidya Frazer’s recent column. (1)
The comment was:
What Vidya and Blossom call “the Event,” the Company of Heaven have called “a planetary heart opening.” Here are the Divine Mother and AAM on the subject:
“The Event is a tsunami of love [i.e., a heart opening], but it is not a singular event. Steve: is the Heart Opening what Blossom Goodchild’s sources are specifically talking about when they use the words, “the Event”?

AAM: Often we have said to thee, in reference to what many have termed “the Event” that it would be a series of events and these events, whether they have been acknowledged or recognized doesn’t matter, have been occurring over the past several years. (AAM, May 27, 2016.)
Ascension comes in stages, with much gradual growth and then sudden events, as the kundalini mounts the the sushumna canal.
The Event or the planetary heart opening occurs when the kundalini reaches the fourth chakra and is the first event that can be called “enlightenment.”
If the classical model still applies, and it may not, other events can be expected when the kundalini reaches the brow and crown chakras.
Ascension is both gradual and sudden. The heart opening or “Event,” when it happens, is one such sudden occurrence. It will likely be followed by more gradual time before another sudden event.
There will be a culminating event, the experience of which Sri Ramana called Sahaja Nirvikalpa Samadhi. (2) After this we’ll be firmly in the Fifth Dimension and immersed in an Ocean of Love. (3)
I spent years and years equating the different terms used by the masters when talking about enlightenment … excuse me, illumination, beatitude, salvation…. which culminated in the creation of From Darkness Unto Light and Enlightenment is the Purpose of Life.
Following that, I spent more years, which culminated in the creation of New Maps of Heaven, trying to standardize terminology related to the planes and subplanes of the Spirit World.
It is my fondest hope that we stay with commonly-accepted terms for what we call “Ascension” … OK, which Jesus called Redemption and Salvation, Buddha “Buddhahood,” Sri Ramakrishna, vijnana or peerless wisdom, and Sri Ramana Sahaja or our natural state.
Let’s not create a thousand different names and then tack all our wisdom to one idiosyncratic term, obliging others, when looking at many accounts, to put a jigsaw puzzle together. This is an area of spiritual research that’s just opening up. I pray we do it right this time.
So, yes, if you follow the Company of Heaven, then “the Event” is a planetary heart opening. OK, a Planetary Heart Opening.
All the material that the Company of Heaven have been saying about a Planetary Heart Opening applies to what commentators are saying about “the Event” (if what they are saying is indeed credible).
Therefore, I assert:
The Event = Planetary Heart Opening
Let me give you two other examples of correspondences that allow us to study spiritual traditions cross-culturally by linking up two or more sets of spiritual teachings:
Brahman, Atman, and Shakti = Father, Son, and Holy Ghost = God the Father, God the Child, and God the Mother
This to me is the correspondence of primary importance for us who are climbing Jacob’s Ladder of Consciousness – towards these destinations.
Creation, preservation, and transformation = Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva = Rajas, Sattwa and Thamas, or the Gunas = Akar, Ukar, and Makar, or Aum. (4)
It just takes a minute to write those down but arriving at them took decades.
Given that the purpose of life is for us to realize our true identity as God (all of us), for me, these correspondences are equivalent in importance to E=MC². (5)
That being said, we can save years of research if we simply agree to standardize our vocabulary around the spiritual events of Ascension. (6)

(3) The love we’re immersed in is not a liquid. But how to describe it I know not.
It isn’t known with the senses which makes a sensory-based description of it difficult. We most know it by feeling it. But there again, very few of us will have experienced a love as deep as higher-dimensional love is. At least that was the case for me: I’d never known it before. So we haven’t developed a vocabulary for describing it.
(4) In my last reading I ran this equation by Archangel Michael:
Steve: I’ve read part of this quote to the Divine Mother. She’s verified it but I’ve added things to it. So I’d like to read it to you again and ask if it is correct.

AAM: That is quite the expression, Sweet One, and in that tradition and in that understanding, the answer is correct.
Steve: It is not even discussed in other traditions.

Here is the discussion with the Mother:
Steve: I have a question for you from our Hindu readers. They want to know if the gunas, the cosmic forces which are called rajas, sattwa, and thamas, are the same as the Trimurthy [Triad] of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva.
Divine Mother: Yes. We are the same as that triad.
SB: All right. And the Trimurthy of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva is a subset of the Universal Creative Vibration that you are at your essence. Is that correct?
DM: That is correct. It [the Trimurthy] is much the same as we have been speaking of. It is a way in which my beloved children can come to know me and to have that experience. It is formless, and yet it is form. It is a way of connection, and it is a way of understanding and entering into a higher vibration of being. So it helps the emergence into my energy.
SB: Sort of like stair steps?
