Lately, I’ve been working consistently, everyday with I Am statements.
Wanting to create a therapeutic community for our most disenfranchised women and children, I’ve been writing daily in my meditation notebook:
I Am Gratitude for therapeutic community for our most disenfranchised women and children in the DTES (Downtown Eastside) of Vancouver.
Doing this I bring into the Now my creations.
And what limits the vision is very apparent, namely the statements that interfere, the judgements, the doubts, the futility, the hopelessness — the “how could I ever think I could do this” — to be more deeply forgiven.
In meditation, in the moment when I hear the judgements, I write them down.
I Am Forgiveness of them:
I Am Forgiveness of ____________________ (the limiting statements, the judgements) that block therapeutic community from being created.

Sanat Kumara, in his teaching of the Universal Law of Give and Receive, said:
“What you give you must receive. It is the Law.” (1)
I Am finding that, when I do the deeper (for)giveness work, it opens the way for greater receiving — those green lights, those doors that open, those connections with the people who know how to do this — for creation of the larger projects to build our Nova Earth.
Here’s an example:
I Am Gratitude to my guidance, my aspects, my circle, my family, my friends, my higher selves, my Universal Self, the Mother/Father One for your Love, for balance, for harmony, for therapeutic community for our most disenfranchised.
And across my path comes an article about another serial killer of women in British Columbia going to trial.
Immediately I find myself judging this man.
Can I forgive my self the judgements I have of this man?
How is the judgement of this man connected to my past of abuse?
Have I truly done the forgiveness work for my past?
***
This is what I discovered in meditation:
The serial killer is on his path (not for me to judge), and his presence urges me on to create a safe therapeutic community for women and children, and to do it Now.
Everything is in Divine Order and I do not have the wisdom to judge anything.
I Am Forgiveness of the old ways, the false grids that I, as human, created.
I Am Forgiveness of the judgements I created from my challenges.
From this place of non-judgement:
I Am Compassion, balance, able to observe everything while holding the highest vision of Love for Nova Being, Nova Earth.
I invoke the Universal Law of (For)Give and Receive,
Sanat Kumara, the Divine Mother, for therapeutic community
for our most disenfranchised women and children in Vancouver, BC.
