Apparently all or part of the United States is on a tectonic plate that floats on the Pacific Ocean.
Submarines can access that underground ocean through canyons like those near Malibu and Monterey and go as far inland as Hawthorne, Sand Point, Lake Tahoe, the now-destroyed China Lake, etc., which explains signs in the desert saying things like “Naval Station.”

This is not the first time I’ve heard these allegations (and I believe them). Back around 2009 when we were discussing Illuminati mag trains, boring machines, and deep, underground military bunkers (DUMBs), submarine travel under the continent was widely discussed.

In passing. some of the takeways from this video: A Navy sub shot down Flight 800 by accident when the drone it was following dropped its signal for a millisecond. When the tracking system came back online, it picked up the passenger jet instead.
