When I went to look for explanations of who UFOG (the Unified Forces of the Outer Galaxies) is, I found several pieces that really are standalone.
When I arranged them, it became rather like a news-sheet. I may use this format more often because the need is to produce a fair spread of literature in the shortest possible period, to prepare for when large numbers of people begin seeking answers.
In the first piece, Archangel Michael answers all my questions about UFOG.

Steve: I am confused about the difference between UFOG and the GFL (Galactic Federation of Light). Is GFL our local star Federation and UFOG is more wide-ranging?
Archangel Michael: It is more wide-ranging but it also simply indicates the distance and the outer galaxies that they have travelled from.
Steve: Now the outer galaxies of this Universe?
AAM: Yes and in some cases, of the Multiverse. (1)
Steve: I seem to have gotten the impression recently that the outer Galaxies are the most recent. Is that correct?
AAM: Most recent what, sweet one?
Steve: Most recently created.
AAM: Oh no! They are ancient.
Steve: Somebody said that the galaxies nearest the central sun are the most advanced and they were the most ancient, but that’s not correct? (1)
AAM: It is linear thinking. But it also, what it does is that (and this is a human tendency, by the way) it tends to put categories on who advanced fastest. And that is simply not so. [Categories cannot be put on speed of advancement.]
Steve: Boy oh boy! We are having to sort through stuff in our own sources, never mind outside sources!
AAM: That is correct.
Steve: So is GFL a member of UFOG?
AAM: No, they are a member of the Intergalactic Council. They are most certainly allies of UFOG. They do not consider themselves as separate in the way that nations on this planet do.
Steve: Now the Intergalactic Council… Where do they come in? Do they command the GFL and UFOG?
AAM: Think of it more as an inter-stellar United Nations, only this one works.
Steve: Aha, and does it cover the entire universe?
AAM: Yes, but much of their focus at this moment is on Earth and Gaia (2) but, yes, it covers the entire universe.
Steve: My heavens! And Grener is the head?
AAM: That is correct.

Next Cdr Ashtar describes UFOG.
Ashtar: Those are the umbrella groups, you know. The Intergalactics, the Unified Forces of the Outer Galaxies, the Galactic Federation of Light, and yes, my command. …
Steve: Can you tell us just a little bit about the Unified Forces of the Outer Galaxies? I don’t think anyone apart from people who’ve heard about Grener know about them. It says “the outer galaxies.” Outer galaxies in relationship to what? Where are they from, Ashtar?
Ashtar: The outer galaxies are what you think of as the very distant reaches of the universe. So very often what is happening, although there are a great deal of Pleiadian energy on the Unified Forces of the Outer Galaxies as well, but their recruits and families and their forces have been gathered from many planets and systems that you are not aware of, such as Xares or CCC, planets that are not really readily known to the people of Earth. UFOG Cdr Ashira explains that not all humans follow the same line of physical evolution. He is human by way of what we’d consider a feline line of evolution. They call themselves Hussian. I’ve featured a graphic of Mother Sekhmet above who is also a Hussian. The Hathors, depicted below, are also Hussians.

Suzi Maresca: Ok, so that brings me to a question. You live your life on ships all the time. Linda has said that you are ‘Hussian’ and I would like to know what that means. And when you say “home,” clearly the Unified Forces of the Outer Galaxies have to be from all over the place – would that be accurate?
Ashira: Yes, that is accurate. And yes we are, for in particular my lineage is Hussian. The closest thing that you can think of is there is a tendency, particularly more in some than others, towards cat-like feline features. You might even think, dear Suzi, Egyptian – and so our features are humanoid but they come from a different lineage.
The Hussians particularly are from two planets called CCC and Xeres and they are not in your Galaxy. So yes, there are many different types of human forms – and some that are not human forms which are delightful as well. Just as we have animals that are not known on Earth. And so when we look at you, when we speak to you, and you express this desire to be with us, we feel that it is because we are closest to you. Now, are there many Beings of all shapes, sizes, dimensional realities, further out either in this Galaxy or from where I have come from beyond this Galaxy? Yes, but we are right at hand, and we are humanoid – well, we tend to be primarily humanoid – we also can shape-shift a great deal, so we appear humanoid to you. So this similarity, the potential for meaningful relationships and friendships is there. Ashira invites us to find our legs and come walk with them, as representatives of Earth.
In fact the delegations appear to be the way chosen to allow Gaians and galactics to walk together.
Ashira: My beloveds, so often you are saying to us, “Come and join us, come and walk with us, and let this disclosure (as you term it) be fulfilled.” And you know there have been so many various announcements upon your planet, and by people in what you think of or consider ‘authority.’ And yet, so often it simply goes ignored or unreported. It matters not.
But in the same way, my friends, we have been beckoning you, we have been calling to you, we have been inviting you. Earth, Gaia (sometimes also known as Gia) that we often call Terra Nova, has been part of the Intergalactic Council for well over a decade.
Your original representatives, Wakana Taka and company, those who have also served at the Council Fire of the Mother Gaia, have performed and served extraordinarily well, but this delegation, as we would call it, is rapidly expanding.
Your period of internship is over. The period of finding your legs, as it were, is over. And it is time for Earth, for Gaia, to be fully represented – and not only in ceremonial ways but fully as humans. That’s about the best and easiest way I can present the information currently available to me on the Unified Forces of the Outer Galaxies.

(2) Earth is the physical planet; Gaia is the spirit inhabiting and operating the physical planet. Gaia is an archangel, as the Divine Mother relates:
