I’ve heard from several people, around the world, in response to the first article about Lightworkers coming together to form meet-up groups. (1)
Every person who’s contacted me is feeling a push to create strong soul groups in their area where Lightworkers can come together to share energy and experiences, ongoing growth, heart opening, and a base of support.
I’ve been assured that this is something that’s being asked, if not required, of all of us right now. This is the time in the Mother’s Plan for those who’ve committed to doing Her work to use this wonderful tool to create groups, little hubs, around the world.
I get a vision in my mind of how the love and light energy from these hubs will connect in a grid pattern around Gaia to strengthen our connection with Her and facilitate the ongoing evolution that’s taking place.
As we’re on the cusp of receiving the financial resources we’ve long awaited, these groups will also be vital in providing connections and support needed in creating and sustaining ongoing projects and blessings around the world.
When first starting a meet-up group, it’s vital to understand that, in order to thrive, meet-up groups must be nurtured, fertilized, watered, and tended like a living garden. Once, like a seedling, it’s mature enough, it takes on a life of its own. A meet-up group is, energetically, an entity made up of those who commit to its continuity.
Lissa Rankin had an article on GAoG in 2014 about finding your tribe. (2)
“Among these beautiful people who love and accept me just as I am, I find myself becoming increasingly brave. I show them parts of myself I’ve previously hidden, and not only are they not rejecting me – they’re telling me they love me even more because I’m willing to be imperfect amidst so much pressure to be perfect. My confessions of imperfection come with an added bonus. When I’m brave enough to show people my big ugly tail, they tend to do the same.” (1)
Lissa added a bullet point list of how she gathered her tribe. Here’s one.
- Don’t be shy. Take action. When you meet people who light you up – the ones you hope will become part of your tribe – be brave enough to invite them to be part of your inner circle. Tell them how much you enjoy and admire them. Be unabashed about your affection and respect. Set a date to get together and connect with them. Start a women’s or men’s group…..start an email thread or private Facebook group to connect you, plan a retreat together, or get creative in your own way! (2)
A commitment to a meet-up group is a commitment to the Mother’s Plan. Some members may come and go but those who come to understand the profundity of power created “where two or more are gathered in my name” will form a bonded core. The group truly becomes a soul group, a tribe, and the Love power that goes out to the Planet and mankind is huge in assisting with the ongoing changes taking place.
Our group here in Bellingham has survived and thrived because of the commitment of the members to strengthen our connection. We understand that this group is far too valuable to our individual and collective growth to neglect it, so we tend it with loving care. We have set aside a designated day each month and we plan our calendars so that the meet-up group is marked for the year.
We have SUCH a good time at our meet ups. We eat good food and even drink good wine. We share and we converse. We laugh and even cry, and we’re all family. There’s so much love in the room you could swim in it.
