Q: Will there be such a thing as ageing in the higher dimensions?
A: Matthew Ward: While … elderly folks are of heart-wrenching concern for their families at this moment, within a few years this will not be an issue. … The absorption of light not only brings spiritual clarity; it also changes body cells into a crystalline structure that will not degenerate as do third dimensional body cells. Diseases now affecting the brain, along with all other diseases rampant in third dimensional Earth, will not exist once the planet is free from the lower frequencies. (1)
SaLuSa: Changes in your body cells [will] keep you young and healthy. (2)
SaLuSa: Aging will … slow down once you have reached adulthood, as you will be at a point where it no longer occurs. (3)
Mike Quinsey: Your life span will … increase with the upliftment in vibrations and a point reached where you will reverse the aging process. You will live your lives as a young mature person and remain as such until you decide that you need another challenge to further your evolution. You will agree that all of the troubles and heartache you may have experienced will seem so distant that they no longer have a place in your life. (4)
SaLuSa: Something that would not be noticed yet is, because of the higher vibrations, the aging process is slowing down. Eventually it will stop, and once you have crystalline cells the whole process can be reversed through the power of thought. The new cells will have a greater degree of consciousness than previously, and re-act to thought more quickly.
Already in your Astral levels that souls pass on to after death, they have sufficient power to present themselves to you as they wish to be seen. This is clearly useful when newly arriving souls meet with others who passed over many, many years before them. In this respect when you ascend you are not really going to experience something that is completely new to you. (5)
Q: Will we still have hunger?
A: SaLuSa: In a physical body you experience hunger, but as an Ascended Being you will have a lighter body of a higher vibration, and that will no longer be your experience. Your requirements for sustenance will be largely served by the energies all around you. When you always feel vibrant and healthy, you do not stop to think about fuelling your body. However, there are occasions when light foodstuffs and liquid refreshment are taken and enjoyed. (6)
Q: When will we shed the heaviness of the physical body?
A: SaLuSa: As you lift upwards so you become more of the Light, and with Ascension will shed the heaviness of the physical body. To be free is quite an exhilarating experience, and you will be literally re-born. (7)
Q: Will we still need sleep?
A: SaLusa: In the lower vibrations you become tired out very easily. Because you will be in a lighter body, unlike on Earth it does not require periods of sleep but rest is sufficient to re-energise yourself. (8)
SaLuSa: Most importantly you are always totally energized, and do not experience the tiredness and fatigue that is a normal part of your day-to-day life at present.
Because you replenish your energy as you go along, there is no need for long sleep periods as necessary on Earth. You may rest and relax but your body is of a higher vibration, and does not need long regular re-energizing. (9)
Q: When will new inventions in medicine be released?
A: Sheldan Nidle: A global jubilee is to release a great energy, which is to bring you new inventions in medicine, science and travel. These devices are to permit your various societies to conquer disease, re-invent your sciences and travel easily to the most distant parts of your world! (10)
The higher vibrations will alleviate many medical problems and, with the coming of the Cities of Light, so will healing chambers and other advanced technologies be able to handle them. (11)
SaLuSa: But for concealment, you could for example have had a cure for the scourge of Man that is cancer. Many medical advancements have been kept back, so as not to hit the profit levels of the drug companies. (12)
SaLuSa: Whatever problems or predicaments you find yourselves in, take it in your stride knowing that before long the answers will come your way. (13)
Q: What is happening to the physical body?
A: Celestial White Beings: The journey which is being taken by all [is] to become a Divine Human upon the Earth; the marriage of the Divine Consciousness with the physical body, which is transforming into a divine physical body. (14)
Greater aspects of the soul will download into your physical body causing your body to advance, becoming its greatest potential. This means your body will no longer be restricted [from] developing new abilities, skills and freedom. (15)
SaLuSa: As you are probably aware by now, in the higher dimensions your body will comprise of matter of a much higher vibration, that will be disease free. It is why everything around you will also be in a state of perfection, meaning that if you have imperfections now such as some form of disablement, it will have been corrected before you ascend.
That is possible because even now you carry the original blueprint of your perfect body, and it can be activated. Perhaps the most welcome change will be to find that your new body will stay in its perfect condition, and you will be forever young and in your prime. Furthermore, through your individual powers, you will be able to change any of your features as you desire. (16)
