The masses await a deadline, a set time, a date, a destination, all sorts of visible signs that ‘stuff is happening’ — and we continue to know that no one but no one in the different arenas knows the time, nor the date nor the hour. And if they did what good would it do. Readers would simply stop and stay home waiting it out… and that is no way to run a life, a show, a job, a family, problem solve, be creative, utilize one’s capacities.
When it occurs, all will have new problems to solve, new ways to deal with the world and its demands. You have no idea what that is going to entail. Again the mandate is to be peaceful, be clean, clear, patient, and just as you were approaching age 21 and freedom, so it is with the PP and the RV and anything else you have put your faith in. And some of you have. Many of you have.
What can be shared is that the wheels of progress are continuing to turn. The machinations and the paperwork continue to be pushed back and forth, as our mutual friend, ZAP, has said. He’s been a busy man for years taking care of dotting i’s and crossing t’s for those who have been watching him, observing him, noticing, paying attention with one mind-set: does he operate from integrity all the time, not part of the time?” YES and he’s still here!!!
He inherited the Office of Poofness with a shared responsibility. He continues to be depended upon and he thinks more of the average reader’s ability to see through the codes that we have always had to use. So be it. The paper trail and the electronic systems are merging, albeit ever so slowly. At times in the past we have thought that everything was done. And it was. But crooks pop up when least expected, or someone else falls off the truck that had been counted upon.
One day you will have the whole story. For now, remember that you have only one periscope to view the world: your own viewpoint. It does not contain a wide view. Be patient your new reality will show up…NOT LONG NOW – Poof
ZAP Says;
Hi all,
Expectations are quite high for this week after Wednesday when the funds releases become tangible. I reported mid-week that these releases are almost here, with some already started.
This is just going to escalate. We have made it through so many crunches and delays, that it is somewhat unbelievable that we are finally here and will experience the changes that are to come and have been alluded to so many times.
The TRN will make its debut. The dinar thing will also get underway and go public as it must. The historic bonds are very active now, and many have already been paid out, and so many more queued up this coming week for their payments.
It is truly amazing the things that are happening inf front of us, and in behind the scenes.
One very interesting email received tells a small portion of a very large story:
Dragon Elder. To RZ
Yes, they are all alive and here and we have party here in southwestern China mountain area. You are right, all those in heaven (and other worlds) are now here, including the jade emperor who is one of our children, to steering the Earth operation. There will be a new system in operation soon, and the redistribution of wealth among the whole human race is in the plan and in preparation to get into operation. Hope your work goes well. Regards and hope to see you here soon. Elder
ZAP – This is true. The first generation jade emperor is who we call 01 or ‘Grandfather’. He is actually quite young in comparison to the others, being a titch over 300 right now.
Our goal is the survival of the human race here at this stage, and we are all here to help the current human race to evolve into the next level of existence. However, during this process, there will be some inevitably washed away as you know it. We just hope all the best for those who survive the coming events. Of course funds will be invested and biased towards things needed for the future and good for the future of all living on this planet. Although this planet is like a lab, we all learn here by ourselves and from our fellow humans, and we are all here ourselves. May we all work for a better future for those who will still be around after the coming disasters?
Best wishes – Elder
There are things we know but not to the public, so we can only concentrate on things good for and after the coming war, and help the recovery of the race after the third world war which is now almost inevitable. There may be a last chance to avoid the big scale war worldwide, and that’s why I’m meeting the (main) chief Elders here and also those key in the heavenly domain, so we can meet and discuss and make a decision on how we handle this world’s coming events. We need all the help available and push things a bit and make things go a little bit faster. If you can help, please do so. I’ll be back to HK after the meetings here. Best wishes – Elder
If you cannot come physically to meeting then send one of your other bodies.
ZAP – Upstairs is quite serious about one predominant thing: the preservation of life, and saving the gene pool at all costs. We have evolved well, but not quite fast enough to make it on time, but we can catch up and still make the difference.
The war thing in the other timelines was bad. I truly hope this one is not marred by the war thing, and I do not think it will be. Depends on all of us of course, and the great helping hand we are getting from upstairs.
Despite the vegetables and other semi-intelligent specks of life that have no clue how to tie their shoelaces, but are quite willing to sign off on using your money to fund yet another war, we stand a very good chance of avoiding this last stupidity.
Remember i keep saying hats off to the boys and girls that give themselves selflessly so we may survive? They of the armed forces and agencies that have/are doing this deserve our deepest gratitude for their sacrifice. Never ever forget them and know they are there doing this for all of us.
This next bit is a bit of a shocker to me, as I thought the police are supposed to be on our side. However, it appears they are just as susceptible to money as the next guy, and have found ways to legitimize themselves while stealing.

Analysis American Shakedown: Police won’t charge you, but they’ll grab your money
U.S. police are operating a co-ordinated scheme to seize as much of the public s cash as they can
By Neil Macdonald, CBC News Posted: Sep 11, 2014 5:00 AM ET Last Updated: Sep 11, 2014 5:00 AM ET
In the U.S., a cash-grab by police and government is dressed up in terms like interdiction and forfeiture, or the equitable sharing program. (CBC) ~~~
On its official website, the Canadian government informs its citizens that there is no limit to the amount of money that you may legally take into or out of the United States.
Nonetheless, it adds, banking in the U.S. can be difficult for non-residents, so Canadians shouldn t carry large amounts of cash. That last bit is excellent advice, but for an entirely different reason than the one Ottawa cites.
There s a shakedown going on in the U.S., and the perps are in uniform.
Across America, law enforcement officers from federal agents to state troopers right down to sheriffs in one-street backwaters are operating a vast, co-ordinated scheme to grab as much of the public s cash as they can; hand over fist, to use the words of one police trainer.
Roadside seizure
It usually starts on the road somewhere. An officer pulls you over for some minor infraction changing lanes without proper signalling, following the car ahead too closely, straddling lanes. The offence is irrelevant.
Then the police officer wants to chat, asking questions about where you re going, or where you came from, and why. He ll peer into your car, then perhaps ask permission to search it, citing the need for vigilance against terrorist weaponry or drugs.
What he s really looking for, though, is money.
‘Authorities claim it s legal, but some prosecutors and judges have called it what it is: abuse. In any case, it s a nasty American reality.’
And if you were foolish (or intimidated) enough to have consented to the search, and you re carrying any significant amount of cash, you are now likely to lose it.
The officer will probably produce a waiver, saying that if you just sign over the money then the whole matter will just disappear, and you ll be able to go on your way.
Refuse to sign it, and he may take the cash anyway, proclaiming it the probable proceeds of drugs or some other crime.
Either way, you almost certainly won’t be charged with anything; the objective is to take your money, not burden the system.
You’ll have the right to seek its return in court, but of course that will mean big lawyer s fees, and legally documenting exactly where the money came from. You will need to prove you are not a drug dealer or a terrorist.
It might take a year or two. And several trips back to the jurisdiction where you were pulled over. Sorry.
In places like Tijuana, police don t make any pretense about this sort of thing. Here in the U.S., though, it’s dressed up in terms like interdiction and forfeiture, or the equitable sharing program.
Authorities claim it’s legal, but some prosecutors and judges have called it what it is: abuse.
In any case, it s a nasty American reality.
Powers and justifications
Seizing suspected drug money has been legal here for decades, but after 9/11 police acquired a whole new set of powers and justifications. And they set about using them for profit.
‘The Washington Post this week reported that in the past 13 years, there have been 61,998 cash seizures on roadways and elsewhere without use of search warrants. The total haul: $2.5 billion.’
The Washington Post this week reported that in the past 13 years, there have been 61,998 cash seizures on roadways and elsewhere without use of search warrants.
The total haul: $2.5 billion, divided pretty much equally between the U.S. government and state and local authorities (hence the Kafkaesque equitable sharing euphemism).
Half of the seizures, according to the Post, were below $8,800. Only a sixth of those who had money taken from them pursued its return.
Some, no doubt, were indeed drug dealers or money launderers and just walked away from the money. Others just couldn’t spare the expense and time of going to court.
Of those who did, though, nearly half got their money back, a statistic that fairly screams about the legitimacy of the seizures.
So does another fact: In many cases, authorities offer half the money back, money they’d claimed was proceeds of crime. And when they do issue a cheque, they almost always insist their victim sign a legal release promising never to sue.
It would also appear police like to target minorities, who tend to be cooperative and less likely to hire a lawyer. Civil rights advocates have documented all sorts of outright legal theft:
The (minority) businessman from Georgia who was relieved of $75,000 he’d raised from relatives to buy a restaurant in Louisiana.
The (minority) church leaders who were carrying nearly $30,000 from their Baltimore parishioners to carry out church activities in North Carolina and El Salvador.
The young college grad with no criminal record on his way to a job interview out West who was relieved of $2,500 lent to him by his dad for the trip.
News outlets here have reported many such abuses over the years. But the Washington Post’s latest investigation exposes money-grabbing as big business.
It involves a nationwide network of enforcement agencies (except in the few states that have banned it) that operates with the help of a vast private intelligence service called Black Asphalt (police forces pay an enrolment fee of $19.95).
The network uses consultants and trainers who either charge fees or operate on contingency, keeping a percentage of cash seized by their police pupils.
Police forces use the money to finance their departmental budgets, sometimes spending it on luxury vehicles, first-class tickets to conferences, and lavish quarters. They regard the money as rightfully theirs. One prosecutor used seized cash to defend herself against a lawsuit brought by people whose cash she seized.
It s just human nature, really.
Give police the legal ability to take someone’s money, and to claim it’s in the national interest, and then tell them they can keep a nice chunk of it, and what other result could there be?
Travel advice
So, for any law-abiding Canadian thinking about an American road trip, here’s some non-official advice:
- Avoid long chats if you re pulled over. Answer questions politely and concisely, then persistently ask if you are free to go.
- Don’t leave litter on the vehicle floor, especially energy drink cans.
- Don’t use air or breath fresheners; they could be interpreted as an attempt to mask the smell of drugs.
- Don’t be too talkative. Don’t be too quiet. Try not to wear expensive designer clothes. Don’t have tinted windows.
- And for heaven s sake, don’t consent to a search if you are carrying a big roll of legitimate cash.
As the Canadian government notes, there is no law against carrying it here or any legal limit on how much you can carry. But if you’re on an American roadway with a full wallet, in the eyes of thousands of cash-hungry cops. You’re a rolling ATM.

ZAP – Very, very sad. How long have they been doing this? Prohibition and earlier?
Q: I have heard nothing in these posts addressing the PP and F&P and yet we are to “assume” they’re coming out when the other situation is resolved. My credibility with my son and those close to me went out the window years ago and I deeply resent it.
ZAP – My credibility with my wife and daughter went out the window when the 3rd date I gave did not happen. I think everybody was there at one time or another.
I got into this deal back in the Spring of 1993. Since that time every imaginable excuse has been used and in the meantime we’ve been typecast as losers, dreamers and delusional nut jobs who don’t know what we’re even talking about.
ZAP – Do not forget space alien kung-fu guys.
Something has to give here and soon. This keeps playing out week to week, month to month and still no results. Too many of us are hurting financially while they keep dangling the prospects of incredible wealth before us. Each week and each month we hear all of it and are still in the same boat. I should like to know “who” is in charge of sending out packets to those of us who do not have denominations to exchange, but have paid into programs years ago.
ZAP – Probably people called traders, and facilitators, and similar titles. I do not know much myself, as my focus is different, but that would make sense to me.
Please let me know and please tell someone that we need to hear more about PP and F&P. Thank you. – DR
ZAP – I will ask more about these and their timings and report back, but I was told that the F&P and the PP will be coming out more or less in time with the RV and Reset processes.
So this is the large week where we will see funds released and we will be hearing of many that have funds, or have projects funded, or some pigs visited them.
This is also the week where we shall see vegetables coming on TV and explain to the rest of us the many beneficial uses of chlorophyll, and why not to expect anything to happen that is good because it is all illegal and contrived. They may also ask all of us to travel erratically on the highways while carrying our life savings.
Whatever happens, know that the changes are here, they are taking place, they will effect regardless of the vegetable in the way, and that the project side will start shortly. I wish it was months ago, as so many have been hurt by the delays, but at least we will get to the work ahead.

P.S. As everyone knows, “Poof” passed away in May of 2013. I have continued to keep the newsletter on-going with the help of old newsletters and those who are part of my cyber network as the “Office of Poofness”. What is used for updates each week comes from very select input, as carefully chosen as I know how to make it, and from people whose hearts are in the right place. Last week’s “Poof” update was from someone I normally don’t follow, and in fact I did not know her source. The cut and paste message sent to me, and that I ultimately used, came from a website that I had no knowledge of. The gentleman who created it is adamant that I include his entire article herein, or he plans to sue for plagiary. I thought about that and though I see his website as worthwhile, it provides him with recognition or exposure to thousands of people. What do I do? I bow to your wishes I had never seen it until his email blitz started. I think you can find him at https://returntoone.org Blessings, Susan
