Concluded from Part 6
Now, for the seventh and final chakra: the crown chakra. As we’ll learn, this chakra is the center for our highest spiritual perception, and accessing it is key to clearly and purely receiving an intuitive flow. The third eye helps us connect with our higher selves and guides, but this connection couldn’t happen without the crown chakra.
We owe a lot to the crown chakra, which some of us don’t know a whole lot about, and hopefully, the things we’ll learn here will motivate us to give it some attention. I’m sure a lot of you out there already do perceive and work with this chakra, but some seekers haven’t started working with it quite yet.
Eclectic Energies tells us that the crown chakra entails complete physical and spiritual awareness.
“The Crown chakra is about wisdom and being one with the world. When this chakra is open, you are unprejudiced and quite aware of the world and yourself.
“If it is under-active, you’re not very aware of spirituality. You’re probably quite rigid in your thinking.
“If this chakra is over-active, you are probably intellectualizing things too much. You may be addicted to spirituality and are probably ignoring your bodily needs.” (1)
We have to give just as much attention to our physical body as we do our growing spiritual perception, and our focus will be taken far away from physicality if we overload the crown chakra. I’m sure a lot of seekers would see this as a good thing, but we can’t spiritually soar if we don’t pay attention to our physical selves.
Our bodily needs are important, and our spiritual perception will be out of balance if we don’t take care of our bodies and treat them with love and respect. Our bodies require just as much love as our spirits, because they’re comprised of the same spiritual matter that creates our reality and the various higher realities we have yet to perceive.
Mind Body Green tells us about the issues that are associated with the crown, as well as the exercises that help restore it.
“The 7th and highest Chakra, the Crown Chakra, represents our ability to be fully connected spiritually. Here’s what you need to know about opening and healing the Crown Chakra:
“Location of our Crown Chakra: The very top of our head.
“Emotional issues affecting our Crown Chakra: Inner and outer beauty, our connection to spirituality, pure bliss.
“Color: Violet
“Healing Exercises:
“Meditation, Running or cardio” (2)
Exercise is one of the best things we can do to strengthen our reception of the divine flow, which we receive through the crown chakra, and it makes sense that keeping our bodies healthy will help keep this chakra balanced.
Clarity of mind and heart are essential if we want to clearly receive the higher-vibrational energies and impressions we can now receive, and if we’re foggy-headed or unwilling to find the clarity we require, receiving energy from the higher realms will seem practically impossible.
It isn’t impossible, but we have to do the inner and outer work that’s required to find it. Like anything else, clear and focused effort has to be made before we can reap the flowing fruits the crown provides, and I’m sure everyone will find this necessary clarity as all of humanity becomes aware of spirit.
Kellie Jo Conn tells us that the crown chakra is the center for ‘dynamic thought and energy’.
“The seventh chakra is referred to as the crown chakra. It is located just behind the top of the skull. It is the center of spirituality, enlightenment, dynamic thought and energy. It allows for the inward flow of wisdom, and brings the gift of cosmic consciousness.
“This is also the center of connectedness with the Goddess (God), the place where life animates the physical body.” (3)
We can connect with Source via the crown chakra, and we can receive the intuitive flow that the third eye strengthens in a much greater way when this chakra’s open and brimming. This is also the chakra we receive the energies and perceptions that provide enlightenment through, and something tells me we’ll use it to reach the fourth and fifth dimensions.
Even when our physical bodies cease to be relevant, our chakras will follow us into the higher realms. In fact, we might travel through our chakras (our crown chakra specifically) when we ascend. I’m only speculating, of course, and I can’t say for sure exactly how our ascension will take place.
I know it’ll continue to be a gradual process, but as far as directly shifting into the fifth dimension goes, I don’t know if we’ll achieve it with help from our chakras or if our chakras will simply be participants.
The silver cord is connected via the crown chakra, Kellie tells us. We’re also told that an imbalanced crown could result in migraines, depression, and similar symptoms.
“The silver cord that connects the aura bodies extends from the crown. The soul comes into the body through the crown at birth and leaves from the crown at death. When this chakra is unbalanced there may be a constant sense of frustration, no spark of joy, and destructive feelings. Illnesses may include migraine headaches and depression.” (4)
I’m sure we’ve all struggled with these feelings at one time or another, and they can apparently be caused by an imbalanced crown. Frustration and the qualities that feed it will always hold us back, and it can be difficult to move beyond these feelings if our crown is imbalanced and they seem to endlessly fill our perception.
If we call upon our higher selves and guides, however, we can receive the assistance we require with opening and balancing our crown so we can soar into a greater perception on a cloud of joy and willingness.
Our ability to perceive our subconscious reality will be turned up when the crown’s balanced, Kellie tells us.
“Balanced energy in this chakra may include the ability to open up to the Divine and total access to the unconscious and subconscious. The main colors for the crown are white and purple. The gemstones are Clear Quartz Crystal, Oregon Opal, and Amethyst.” (5)
I’d recommend looking up those gemstones if you’re interested in cleansing your crown chakra, because a healthy crown equals a healthy and brimming spiritual perception.
Our ability to feel and radiate the energies being lovingly sent our way from the higher realms will grow with each balancing attempt we make, and before long, we’ll wonder how we weren’t able to feel these energies before.
They’ll flow so strongly that they’ll become an average aspect of our daily existence, and we might wonder how we functioned without them.
For now, we’ll have to work to perceive them as much as we can by balancing our chakras and living in love when we could otherwise live for greed and hatred, and however difficult this might sound, it can actually be very easy.
I didn’t know a whole lot about the chakras when I started this report, and hopefully, it’s helped those of you who also had a lot learn about the restorative effort that’s required to use them. Now that we know a little bit about them, we can work to balance them out instead of letting them go unbalanced because of our unawareness of the consequences.
Ignorance might be bliss, but knowledge is power. Knowing about various spiritual concepts will empower us to act on our knowledge and embrace them, and we can passionately pursue whatever spiritual topic we want to know more about.
In doing so, we’ll be able to use our knowledge to do good – in ourselves and in the world – and the rest of the planet will be glad we used the things we learned progressively. All of humanity will eventually find the light and ascend, and if we put our knowledge to good use now, the collective awakening that’s set to take place will happen even sooner.
Our future’s in our hands, and if all of our chakras are balanced, we’ll be able to embrace this future with open arms and the willingness to do what’s required to build a new world. I’m excited for the day when everyone’s awake and willing to work hard to bring this planet into the light, and in time, all of our chakras will be balanced enough for us to do this.
